Abstract
(해결 수단) 복수의 단자는, 신호 단자 (40) 와 전원 단자 (50) 를 갖고, 그 전원 단자 (50) 는, 하우징 (20) 의 측벽 (21) 에 유지되는 피유지부 (52) 를 갖고, 그 피유지부 (52) 는, 그 피유지부 (52) 의 판두께 방향에 대해 직각인 단자 폭 방향에서의 양측 가장자리에서 상기 측벽 (21) 에 의해 압입 유지되어 있는 회로 기판용 전기 커넥터 (1) 에 있어서, 상기 측벽 (21) 은, 상기 전원 단자 (50) 의 피유지부 (52) 와 대응하는 위치에 단상의 피걸림부 (21C) 를 갖고, 상기 전원 단자 (50) 의 피유지부 (52) 는, 상기 피걸림부 (21C) 에 대해 커넥터 높이 방향에서 걸림 가능한 걸림부 (52B) 를 가지고 있다.
Description
도 2 는, 도 1 의 양 커넥터의 신호 단자의 위치에서의 단면 사시도이고, 도 2(A) 는, 도 1(A) 에 대응하는 끼워 맞춤 접속 전, 도 2(B) 는 도 1(B) 에 대응하는 끼워 맞춤 접속 후의 상태를 나타내고 있다.
도 3 은, 도 1 의 양 커넥터의 신호 단자의 위치에 있어서의 단면도이고, 도 1(A) 에 대응하는 끼워 맞춤 접속 전의 상태를 나타내고 있다.
도 4 는, 도 1 의 양 커넥터의 신호 단자의 위치에 있어서의 단면도이고, 도 1(B) 에 대응하는 끼워 맞춤 접속 후의 상태를 나타내고 있다.
도 5 는, 도 1(A) 에 나타내는 커넥터 끼워 맞춤 접속 전의 양 커넥터의 각각으로부터 1 쌍의 신호 단자를 추출하여 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 6 은, 도 1(A) 에 나타내는 커넥터 끼워 맞춤 접속 전의 양 커넥터의 각각으로부터 1 쌍의 전원 단자를 추출하여 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 7 은, 리셉터클 커넥터의 전원 단자의 위치에 있어서의 일부를 확대하여 나타낸 단면 사시도이고, 그 전원 단자의 피유지부의 근방을 나타내고 있다.
도 8(A) 는, 리셉터클 커넥터의 1 쌍의 신호 단자를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 5 의 신호 단자와는 단자 배열 방향에서 반대측에서 본 상태로 나타내고 있고, (B) 는, (A) 에 나타내는 1 쌍의 단자 중 일방의 신호 단자가 하우징에 유지된 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다.

Claims (5)
- 회로 기판의 실장면에 배치되는 회로 기판용 전기 커넥터로서,
상기 실장면에 대해 평행한 일방향을 배열 방향으로 하여 배열되는 금속판제의 복수의 단자와, 그 복수의 단자를 배열 유지하는 하우징을 갖고,
상기 하우징은, 상기 실장면에 대해 직각인 커넥터 높이 방향으로 기립함과 함께 상기 배열 방향으로 연장되는 측벽을 갖고,
상기 복수의 단자는, 신호 단자와 전원 단자를 갖고,
그 전원 단자는, 상기 측벽에 유지되는 피유지부를 갖고,
그 피유지부는, 그 피유지부의 판두께 방향에 대해 직각인 단자 폭 방향에서의 양측 가장자리에서 상기 측벽에 의해 압입 유지되어 있는 회로 기판용 전기 커넥터에 있어서,
상기 측벽은, 상기 전원 단자의 피유지부와 대응하는 위치에 단상의 피걸림부를 갖고,
상기 전원 단자의 피유지부는, 상기 피걸림부에 대해 커넥터 높이 방향에서 걸림 가능한 걸림부를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로 기판용 전기 커넥터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 걸림부는, 상기 피유지부의 판면으로부터 잘라 세워진 탄성편으로서 형성되어 있는 것으로 하는 회로 기판용 전기 커넥터. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 전원 단자는, 판두께 방향으로 굴곡된 형상을 이루고 있고, 상기 피유지부의 판두께 방향이 상기 하우징의 측벽의 벽두께 방향과 일치하도록 하여 그 측벽에 유지되어 있는 것으로 하는 회로 기판용 전기 커넥터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 피유지부는, 단자 폭 방향에서의 그 피유지부의 범위 내에 복수 형성되어 있는 것으로 하는 회로 기판용 전기 커넥터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단자는, 그 단자의 길이 방향의 일단측에 회로 기판의 실장면에의 접속을 위한 접속부 그리고 타단측에 상대 접속체와의 접촉을 위한 접촉부가 형성되어 있고,
상기 접속부와 상기 접촉부는, 상기 하우징의 측벽의 벽두께 방향에서 상이하게 위치하고 있고,
상기 전원 단자의 접속부는, 상기 신호 단자의 접속부보다, 상기 측벽의 벽두께 방향에서 그 신호 단자의 접촉부측에 위치하고 있는 것으로 하는 회로 기판용 전기 커넥터.
