Claims (13)
- 特に自動車における自動変速機の電磁弁(26)に用いられる電磁石のための磁極管(10)であって、2つの磁性の磁極管構成部材(12,14)と、両磁極管構成部材(12,14)の間に軸方向で配置された1つの非磁性のリング(16)とを備えた磁極管(10)を製造する方法において、該方法が、
磁極管構成部材(12,14)とリング(16)とを、特にセンタリングマンドレル(18)に同心的に配置しかつ/またはセンタリングするステップ(S200)と、
形状接続的に結合するステップ、特に磁極管構成部材(12,14)とリング(16)との外側の周壁面(20)を射出成形材料の射出および/または注型材料の注型により当該材料で取り囲むステップ(S300)と
を有していることを特徴とする、磁極管を製造する方法。 - 同心的に配置しかつ/またはセンタリングするステップ(S200)よりも前に、リング(16)の周壁面(20)には複数の溝(58)を加工しかつ/または磁極管構成部材(12,14)の周壁面(20)には複数のローレットを加工する(S300)、請求項1記載の方法。
- それぞれ等しい内径(60)を有する磁極管構成部材(12,14)とリング(16)とを使用する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 磁性の磁極管構成部材(12,14)よりも小さな内径(64)を有するリング(16)を使用する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 特に自動車における自動変速機の電磁弁(26)に用いられる電磁石のための磁極管(10)であって、非磁性のリング(16)が、磁極コア(12)と磁気管(14)との間に軸方向で配置されており、磁極コア(12)と、リング(16)と、磁気管(14)とが、互いに同心的に配置されている、電磁石のための磁極管において、
磁極コア(12)と、リング(16)と、磁気管(14)との外側の周壁面(20)が、射出成形材料または注型材料、特にプラスチックの射出または注型により当該材料で取り囲まれていることを特徴とする、電磁石のための磁極管。 - リング(16)が、軸方向で互いに反対の側に設けられた2つの円錐区分(46,48)を有しており、両円錐区分(46,48)が、それぞれ磁極コア(12)および磁気管(14)に設けられた円錐区分(54,56)と協働している、請求項5記載の磁極管。
- 磁極コア(12)と磁気管(14)とが、外側の周壁面(20)に複数のローレットを有しており、かつ/またはリング(16)が、外側の周壁面(20)に複数の溝(58)を有している、請求項5または6記載の磁極管。
- リング(16)が、軸受け合金、特に黄銅または青銅から製造されている、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の磁極管。
- 磁極コア(12)と、リング(16)と、磁気管(14)とが、それぞれ等しい内径(60)を有している、請求項5から8までのいずれか1項記載の磁極管。
- リング(16)が、磁極コア(12)および磁気管(14)よりも小さな内径(64)を有している、請求項5から8までのいずれか1項記載の磁極管。
- 請求項9記載の磁極管(10)を有する、特に自動車における自動変速機の電磁弁に用いられる電磁石(26)において、
磁極管(10)と、該磁極管(10)内に配置されたアーマチュア(42)の周壁面との間に、支承シート(62)が設けられていることを特徴とする、電磁石。 - 請求項10記載の磁極管(10)を有する、特に自動車における自動変速機の電磁弁に用いられる電磁石(26)において、
磁極コア(12)と反対の側で、磁極管(10)と、該磁極管(10)内に配置されたアーマチュア(42)の周壁面との間に、滑り支承スリーブ(68)が設けられていることを特徴とする、電磁石。 - 磁極管(10)の、射出成形材料の射出により当該材料で取り囲まれた周壁面(22)の周りに、コイル(30)、特に銅巻線が配置されている、請求項11または12記載の電磁石。
