Abstract
【解決手段】熱硬化性樹脂含浸紙の上に電離放射線硬化性樹脂塗工紙を積層し、加熱加圧して一体化せしめてなる化粧材であって、表面層Sとその裏面に積層一体化した基材層Bとからなり、表面層Sは、表面側から、少なくとも、電離放射線硬化性樹脂の硬化物からなる表面樹脂層2、熱硬化性樹脂の未硬化物の滲出を遮断する遮断層3、紙中に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸され且つ硬化されてなる含浸紙層1を積層してなり、基材層Bは、少なくともその最表面が、紙中に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸され且つ硬化されてなる含浸紙層からなる構成とする。電離放射線硬化性樹脂塗工紙の持つ耐擦傷性等の表面の耐久性と、熱硬化性樹脂化粧板の持つ耐陥没性、耐水性、耐油性等の内部の耐久性との両者の長所を両立させ、短所を相補ったものとなる。

Description
釈して紙に含浸させる。
この実施例1では図3に示す如き化粧材作製した。まず、坪量30g/m2の建材用一般紙からなる紙層上に絵柄インキ層4を形成した。すなわち、硝化綿とアクリル樹脂をバインダー樹脂とし、これにチタン白、弁柄、黄鉛を含む顔料を添加したインキを用い、グラビア印刷にて全面ベタ層を形成し、その上に、アクリル樹脂をバインダー樹脂とし、これに弁柄、黄鉛、墨を含む顔料を添加したインキを用い、グラビア印刷にて木目柄の絵柄インキ層4を形成した。
トリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=9) 40質量部
トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート 55質量部
ジトリメチロールプロパンテトラアクリレート 5質量部
焼成カオリン粒子(平均粒径:1.5μm) 10質量部
シリカ粒子(平均粒径:0.005μm) 0.5質量部
シリコーンメタクリレート 1.5質量部
次いで、基材層Bの原材料として、フェノール樹脂未硬化物を含浸したクラフト紙5枚の表面に、メラミン樹脂未硬化物を含浸したチタン紙(チタン白を30質量部含有)を載置したものを用意した。そして、その載置物の上に、表面層Sを紙層がチタン紙側を向くようにして載せ、プレス機により、130℃、100kg/cm2、10分間の条件にて加熱加圧した。それにより、含浸したフェノール樹脂及びメラミン樹脂を硬化せしめ、基材層Bを形成するとともに、チタン紙中のメラミン樹脂を紙層中に含浸硬化せしめて含浸紙層1とし、表面層Sと基材層Bとを一体化して化粧材を得た。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、トリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=9)の代わりに、n数4のトリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=4)を用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、トリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=9)の代わりに、n数2のトリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=2)を用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、トリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=9)の代わりに、n数23のトリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=23)を用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、トリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=9)の代わりに、プロピレンオキサイド変性モノマー(トリメチロールプロパンプロピレンオキサイド変性トリアクリレート)を用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、トリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=9)の代わりに、エポキシアクリレート系プレポリマーを用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、トリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=9)の代わりに、ポリエステルアクリレート系プレポリマーを用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、トリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=9)の代わりに、ウレタンアクリレート系プレポリマーを用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、トリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=9)の代わりに、ポリエステル系モノマーを用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、トリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=9)の代わりに、HPPAモノマー(2−ヒドロキシ−3−フェノキシプロピルアクリレート)を用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、トリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=9)の代わりに、変性アルキルアクリレートモノマーを用いた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、トリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=9)からなるエチレンオキサイド変性モノマーと、4官能アクリレートモノマーとの配合比(質量比)40:60を、30:70に変えた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、トリメチロールプロパンEO変性トリアクリレート(n=9)からなるエチレンオキサイド変性モノマーと、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート及びジトリメチロールプロパンテトラアクリレートとからなるエチレンオキサイド非変性モノマーとの配合比(質量比)40:60を、50:50に変えた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、エチレンオキサイド変性モノマーと、エチレンオキサイド非変性モノマーとの配合比(質量比)40:60を、20:80に変えた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、エチレンオキサイド変性モノマーと、エチレンオキサイド非変性モノマーとの配合比(質量比)40:60を、60:40に変えた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、エチレンオキサイド変性モノマーと、エチレンオキサイド非変性モノマーとの配合比(質量比)40:60を、70:30に変えた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、表面樹脂層2の形成に用いた電子線硬化性樹脂塗液にて、エチレンオキサイド変性モノマーと、エチレンオキサイド非変性モノマーとの配合比(質量比)40:60を、80:20に変えた他は、実施例1と同様にして化粧材を作製した。
実施例1において、絵柄インキ層の形成に先立ち、まず実施例1の独立遮断層と同じ樹脂組成物を紙層の表面に塗工(3g/m2)し、紙層の表面近傍に含浸せしめて含浸遮断層を形成し、しかる後に絵柄インキ層として、アクリルポリオールとイソシアネートからなる2液硬化型ウレタン樹脂に着色剤として酸化チタンを添加したインキによる全面ベタ層をグラビア印刷で形成した他は、実施例1と同様にして、図4に示す如き化粧材を作製した。
実施例1〜18により作製した化粧材の裏面と、被着基板として厚さ18mmのパーティクルボードとを株式会社オーシカ製ユリア系接着剤(LS−12A)で木材パーティクルボードに60g/m2(wet)の条件で塗工して形成した接着剤を介して接着せしめることにより木質の化粧板を製作した。その結果、いずれの化粧材を用いた場合であっても良好な接着性を示すことが確認された。

Claims (10)
- 表面層とその裏面に積層一体化した基材層とからなり、表面層は、表面側から、少なくとも、電離放射線硬化性樹脂の硬化物からなる表面樹脂層、熱硬化性樹脂の未硬化物の滲出を遮断する遮断層、紙中に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸され且つ硬化されてなる含浸紙層を積層してなり、基材層は、少なくともその最表面が、紙中に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸され且つ硬化されてなる含浸紙層からなることを特徴とする化粧材。
- 遮断層が、含浸紙層を構成する紙の表面側内部に含浸されてなる含浸遮断層の形態からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化粧材。
- 表面樹脂層と含浸遮断層との間に絵柄インキ層を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の化粧材。
- 遮断層が、含浸紙層の表面側に存在し含浸紙中には含浸されていない独立遮断層の形態からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化粧材。
- 表面樹脂層と独立遮断層との間、或いは、独立遮断層と含浸紙層との間、のいずれかに絵柄インキ層を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の化粧材。
- 遮断層が、含浸紙層の表面側に存在し、含浸紙中には含浸されていない独立遮断層の形態と、含浸紙層を構成する紙の表面側内部に含浸されてなる含浸遮断層の形態との両方からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の化粧材。
- 表面樹脂層と独立遮断層との間、或いは独立遮断層と含浸遮断層との間、のいずれかに絵柄インキ層を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の化粧材。
- 遮断層が、2液硬化型ウレタン樹脂の硬化物からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の化粧材。
- 表面樹脂層が、アルキレンオキサイド変性重合性化合物を含む電離放射線硬化性樹脂の硬化物からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の化粧材。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の化粧材と、被着基材とを有することを特徴とする化粧板。
