Claims (10)
- 표면층과 그 이면에 적층 일체화된 기재층을 포함하고, 표면층은 표면측으로부터 적어도 전리 방사선 경화성 수지의 경화물을 포함하는 표면 수지층, 열경화성 수지의 미경화물의 삼출을 차단하는 차단층, 종이 중에 열경화성 수지가 함침되면서 경화되어 이루어지는 함침 지(紙)층을 적층하여 이루어지고, 기재층은 적어도 그 최외측 표면이 종이 중에 열경화성 수지가 함침되면서 경화되어 이루어지는 함침 지층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차단층이 함침 지층을 구성하는 종이의 표면측 내부에 함침되어 이루어지는 함침 차단층의 형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 표면 수지층과 함침 차단층 사이에 패턴 잉크층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차단층이 함침 지층의 표면측에 존재하고 함침 종이 중에는 함침되지 않은 독립 차단층의 형태로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 표면 수지층과 독립 차단층 사이 또는 독립 차단층과 함침 지층 사이 중 어느 하나에 패턴 잉크층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차단층이 함침 지층의 표면측에 존재하고, 함침 종이 중에는 함침되어 있지 않은 독립 차단층의 형태와 함침 지층을 구성하는 종이의 표면측 내부에 함침되어 이루어지는 함침 차단층의 형태 둘 다를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 표면 수지층과 독립 차단층 사이 또는 독립 차단층과 함침 차단층 사이 중 어느 하나에 패턴 잉크층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장재.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 차단층이 2액 경화형 우레탄 수지의 경화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장재.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면 수지층이 알킬렌 옥시드 변성 중합성 화합물을 포함하는 전리 방사선 경화성 수지의 경화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장재.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 화장재 및 피착 기재를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장판.
