Abstract
本发明公开了一种PU包覆纸的制备方法,方法的步骤中含有:(a)将原纸浸入第一混合树脂料中;其中,所述第一混合树脂料含有的组分及各组分的质量份如下:水性聚氨酯:2~3份;水性苯丙树脂:3~4份;助剂:3~4份;(b)一次烘干;(c)涂敷第二混合树脂料;其中,所述第二混合树脂料含有的组分及各组分的质量份如下:水性聚氨酯:4~5份;水性苯丙树脂:2~3份;助剂:3~4份;(d)二次烘干;(e)表面处理;(f)收卷得到所需的PU包覆纸。本发明方法工艺简单,不污染环境,环保,便于异形件的加工,运输方便,通过其制备的PU包覆纸存储时间长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PU包覆纸的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着社会主义现代化的市场经济的迅速发展,人民的生活更加富足,人们对于住房装饰的要求也越来越高,回归自然、享受生活已经成为人们的思想主流。因此对于室内装修,人们更加注重的色彩协调感、花纹的丰富度。同时曲、异、奇的园林设计理念也被人们更多的融入到室内装修领域。
三聚氰胺浸渍纸和人造饰面板的出现,以其纹理丰富、色彩美丽改变了人们室内装修的格局,使得室内装修的色彩格调异常丰富,但是由于三聚氰胺浸渍纸本身质地较脆,在异形件加工方面难以推广,使得室内装饰的异形件的色彩格调很难同主格调保持一致,降低室内装修的整体色彩协调感和美感。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种PU包覆纸的制备方法,该方法工艺简单,不污染环境,环保,便于异形件的加工,运输方便,通过其制备的PU包覆纸存储时间长。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种PU包覆纸的制备方法,方法的步骤中含有:
(a)将原纸浸入第一混合树脂料中;其中,所述第一混合树脂料含有的组分及各组分的质量份如下:水性聚氨酯:2~3份;水性苯丙树脂:3~4份;助剂:3~4份;
(b)一次烘干;
(c)涂敷第二混合树脂料;其中,所述第二混合树脂料含有的组分及各组分的质量份如下:水性聚氨酯:4~5份;水性苯丙树脂:2~3份;助剂:3~4份;
(d)二次烘干;
(e)表面处理;
(f)收卷得到所需的PU包覆纸。
进一步,在所述的步骤(a)中,第一混合树脂料中的助剂中含有稀释剂和渗透剂,并且稀释剂和渗透剂的质量比为9:1。
进一步,在所述的步骤(c)中,第二混合树脂料中的助剂中含有流平剂、上光剂、稀释剂和渗透剂,并且流平剂、上光剂、稀释剂和渗透剂的质量比为(0.1~0.2):(0.1~0.2):(7~8):(1~2)。
进一步,在所述的步骤(e)的表面处理中含有流平处理。
采用了上述技术方案后,通过本发明制备的PU包覆纸,可以轻易的解决原来三聚氰胺浸渍纸本身质地较脆,在异形件加工方面难以推广的技术问题,本发明制备的PU包覆纸质地柔软,表面耐污耐磨性能好,可以方便的进行异形件表面进行包覆,PU包覆纸的原纸可以采用三聚氰胺浸渍纸的原纸,这就能够制造出花纹和颜色与完全相同的PU纸包覆异形件和人造饰面板,可以达到室内装修的“同花同色”效果,使得室内装修协调统一。另外,PU包覆纸可以轻易的实现异形件包覆,对于室内的曲、异、奇的设计效果也可以轻易实现;PU包覆纸还可以包覆金属基材上,如不锈钢、铝合金,这使得在室内的装饰的部分金属结构件表面直接包覆PU纸,达到装饰效果,节约室内空间和装饰材料;PU包覆纸是采用水性聚氨酯为主要材料浸渍到由水性油墨印刷的装饰纸上,装修时不用担心甲醛释放和VOC超标,真正能够做到绿色环保,本发明的制备方法中不含化学污染品,并能达到制备要求,工艺简单,不污染环境,环保,便于异形件的加工,运输方便,通过其制备的PU包覆纸存储时间长。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面根据具体实施例,对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
一种PU包覆纸的制备方法,方法的步骤中含有:
(a)将原纸浸入第一混合树脂料中;其中,所述第一混合树脂料含有的组分及各组分的质量份如下:水性聚氨酯:2~3份;水性苯丙树脂:3~4份;助剂:3~4份;
(b)一次烘干;
(c)涂敷第二混合树脂料;其中,所述第二混合树脂料含有的组分及各组分的质量份如下:水性聚氨酯:4~5份;水性苯丙树脂:2~3份;助剂:3~4份;
(d)二次烘干;
(e)表面处理;
(f)收卷得到所需的PU包覆纸。
在所述的步骤(a)中,第一混合树脂料中的助剂中含有稀释剂和渗透剂,并且稀释剂和渗透剂的质量比为9:1。
在所述的步骤(c)中,第二混合树脂料中的助剂中含有流平剂、上光剂、稀释剂和渗透剂,并且流平剂、上光剂、稀释剂和渗透剂的质量比为(0.1~0.2):(0.1~0.2):(7~8):(1~2)。
在所述的步骤(e)的表面处理中含有流平处理。

1.一种PU包覆纸的制备方法,其特征在于方法的步骤中含有:
(a)将原纸浸入第一混合树脂料中;其中,所述第一混合树脂料含有的组分及各组分的质量份如下:水性聚氨酯:2~3份;水性苯丙树脂:3~4份;助剂:3~4份;
(b)一次烘干;
(c)涂敷第二混合树脂料;其中,所述第二混合树脂料含有的组分及各组分的质量份如下:水性聚氨酯:4~5份;水性苯丙树脂:2~3份;助剂:3~4份;
(d)二次烘干;
(e)表面处理;
(f)收卷得到所需的PU包覆纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PU包覆纸的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述的步骤(a)中,第一混合树脂料中的助剂中含有稀释剂和渗透剂,并且稀释剂和渗透剂的质量比为9:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PU包覆纸的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述的步骤(c)中,第二混合树脂料中的助剂中含有流平剂、上光剂、稀释剂和渗透剂,并且流平剂、上光剂、稀释剂和渗透剂的质量比为(0.1~0.2):(0.1~0.2):(7~8):(1~2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PU包覆纸的制备方法,其特征在于:在所述的步骤(e)的表面处理中含有流平处理。
