Abstract
【解決手段】 直線移動する可動部2側の軸受面の長さは固定部1側の軸受面より移動ストローク分以上長く成形されている。これにより、固定部1側の軸受面が可動部2側の軸受面に常に対向する。固定部1には空気供給源と接続され、固定部の軸受面には空気を噴射する空気吐出口が複数配設されて空気軸受を構成する。可動部2は固定部1が挿入する側のみ開口している。固定側にコイル、可動側に磁石を配設してリニアモータを形成し直線駆動装置とする。圧縮空気や電力を供給するケーブル9等は固定部1に接続され、可動部2には接続されないから、ケーブル等から外力が加わらず、高精度の運動が得られる。また、開口部が1箇所で剛性の強い可動部が得られ、圧縮空気の大きな力に耐えうる。

Description
図1a〜図1eは、本発明の一実施形態の空気軸受構造及び該空気軸受構造を用いた直線駆動装置の説明図である。図1aはこの直線駆動装置の全体斜視図、図1bはこの直線駆動装置から可動部2を取り除いた固定部1の斜視図、図1cは、可動部2の斜視図、図1dは、図1aのA−A断面図である。また、図1eは、図1aのB−B断面図である。

Claims (5)
- 固定部に対して可動部が直線移動する空気軸受構造であって、固定部側の軸受面が可動部側の軸受面に常に対向するように、可動部側の軸受面の移動方向の長さが固定部側の軸受面より移動ストローク分以上長く成形され、固定部には空気供給手段と接続され、固定部の軸受面には空気を噴射する空気吐出口が複数配設されている軸受構造。
- 前記可動部は固定部を包囲し移動方向の一端側は開放され固定部が挿入されている請求項1に記載の軸受構造。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の軸受構造の固定部側にコイルが配設され、可動部側に磁石が配設されてリニアモータが形成された直線駆動装置。
- 固定部側に検出ヘッドを有し、可動部側にスケールを備えた直線型位置検出器により可動部側の移動位置を検出可能にした請求項3に記載の直線駆動装置。
- 駆動に必要な配線が固定部側のみに接続されている請求項3又は請求項4に記載の直線駆動装置。
