Class 120(2) The final drafting zone of textile drafting apparatus is a low-draft zone that includes means for imparting a false twist. The conventional false-twist drafting zone of a woollen ring spinning frame may be preceded by a single pair of rollers 21, 22 only or by a single apron device 23 also. An upper roller 24 may be arranged as a fibre control roller or as a positive nip drafting roller. Each drafting zone may be provided with false-twist devices.
