758,275. Liquid fuel burners. NU-WAY HEATING PLANTS, Ltd. March 9, 1955 [March 10, 1954], No. 6940/54. Class 75(1). An open tray type burner to which oil is fed by a pipe 6 has combined with the pipe 6 a cooling air jacket 8 which is supplied with air by a blower and which is open adjacent the exterior of the tray 4 and terminates immediately adjacent the discharge end of the pipe 6. The jacket 8 is connected to an air duct 5 through which air is supplied by a blower to the tray 4. The cooling-air jacket 8 and the pipe 6 are located in a radial recess 9 formed in the bottom of the tray 4.
