521,295. Vehicle windscreens. BIRCH BROS., Ltd., and BIRCH, J. M. Nov. 12, 1938, No. 32946. [Class 20 (iii)] To damp vibration, a rubber &c. buffer strip 15 is fitted between the upper and lower frame members 10, 11 of a windscreen. A similar strip may be fitted between the lower edge of the screen and the body. As shown, the strip is of tubular form with beaded edges 17 secured in channels 18 fitted to the frame members 10, 11.
