Claims (18)
- Procédé pour la conservation de produits (10) périssables disposés dans un contenant (1), comportant une étape de fixation d'une enveloppe souple (2), comprenant une pluralité de languettes protubérantes (5, 5', 5" et 6), sur au moins une partie des extrémités dudit contenant de manière à former un logement (8) étanche au fluide pour lesdites denrées, comprenant les étapes suivantes, destinées à chasser le fluide, par exemple l'air atmosphérique, contenu dans ledit logement (8) :a) une étape d'étirage consistant à étirer au moins une desdites languettes (5, 5' ou 5") de manière à former un passage temporaire entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur du susdit logement (8),b) une étape de compression, ou de plaquage, de l'enveloppe souple (2) contre les denrées et/ou le contenant (1) de sorte que le fluide compris dans le susdit logement (8) soit évacué par le susdit passage temporaire,c) une étape d'obturation du susdit passage,
- Procédé pour la conservation de produits périssables selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape préalable consistant à étirer l'enveloppe souple (2) de manière à ce qu'elle s'adapte parfaitement aux extrémités du contenant (1).
- Procédé pour la conservation de produits périssables selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, consécutivement à l'étape d'insertion d'au moins une languette (6) dans le logement (8), une étape de réchauffement et/ou de cuisson du ou des produits (10) disposés dans le logement (8) grâce à un micro-onde, ou un équipement équivalent.
- Procédé pour la conservation de produits périssables selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape d'écriture sur l'une des faces de l'enveloppe (2), par exemple afin d'identifier le(s) produit(s) présent(s) dans le logement (8).
- Procédé pour la conservation de produits périssables selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape de fixation, par exemple par collage, d'un support illustrant par exemple une publicité, un avertissement en rapport avec les denrées et/ou une communication d'ordre générale, sur l'une des faces de l'enveloppe (2).
- Procédé pour la conservation de produits périssables selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape de fixation d'au moins une deuxième enveloppe (2') à une première enveloppe (2) et/ou au contenant (1), la deuxième enveloppe (2') pouvant contenir par exemple des glaçons (9) ou un produit calorifuge afin d'abaisser et/ou de maintenir la température des produits (10) périssables à conserver.
- Dispositif de conservation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé consistant à assurer la conservation de produits périssables disposés dans un contenant, le procédé comportant une étape de fixation d'une enveloppe souple (2), comprenant une pluralité de languettes protubérantes (5, 5', 5" et 6), sur au moins une partie des extrémités dudit contenant de manière à former un logement (8) étanche au fluide pour lesdites denrées, une étape d'étirage consistant à étirer au moins une desdites languettes (5, 5' ou 5") de manière à former un passage temporaire entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur du susdit logement (8), une étape de compression, ou de plaquage, de l'enveloppe souple (2) contre les denrées et/ou le contenant (1) de sorte que le fluide, par exemple l'air atmosphérique, compris dans le susdit logement (8) soit évacué par le susdit passage temporaire, et une étape d'obturation du susdit passage, le dispositif comportant une enveloppe (2) déformable élastiquement caractérisée en ce que au moins une des languettes protubérantes (6) présente une longueur plus importante que les autres languettes (5, 5' et 5") afin de pouvoir être insérée à l'interieur du logement de manière à former un conduit de communication entre l'interieur et l'exterieur du logement.
- Dispositif de conservation selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (2) comporte une surface plane (3) sensiblement circulaire à l'extrémité de laquelle s'étire perpendiculairement une portion (4) de forme sensiblement cylindrique.
- Dispositif de conservation selon les revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que les languettes protubérantes (5, 5', 5" et 6) s'étendent dans un plan parallèle au plan défini par la surface plane (3) de l'enveloppe (2).
- Dispositif de conservation selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les languettes protubérantes (5, 5', 5" et 6) sont situées sensiblement aux extrémités de la portion cylindrique (4).
- Dispositif de conservation selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les languettes protubérantes (5' et 5") sont disposées deux à deux en face l'une de l'autre.
- Dispositif de conservation selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (2) est en matière plastique.
- Dispositif de conservation selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe (2) est en élastomère classique, tel que par exemple en silicone.
- Dispositif de conservation selon l'une des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (12) de la surface plane (2) et la portion cylindrique (4) présente une épaisseur supérieure à celle du reste de la surface plane (2).
- Dispositif de conservation selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur supérieure se présente sous forme de cannelure, décrivant une forme sinusoïdale.
- Dispositif de conservation selon les revendications 14 et 15, caractérisé en ce que la surface plane (2) présente épaisseur de 0,44 millimètre ± 0,05 mm, son extrémité ainsi que la portion cylindrique une épaisseur variant de 0,44 mm ± 0,05 mm au creux de la cannelure sinusoïdale à 1,44 mm ± 0,05 mm au sommet de la cannelure sinusoïdale.
- Dispositif de conservation selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la susdite portion (4) comprend une pluralité d'éléments obliques (13) élastiques aptes à assurer une étanchéité parfaite du susdit logement (8).
- Dispositif de conservation selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que les susdits éléments obliques (13) sont situés sur la surface interne de la portion cylindrique (4), c'est-à-dire que les éléments obliques (13) sont en contact avec les parois du contenant (1).
