Claims (8)
- Anlage zum Behandeln, insbesondere zum Lackieren, von Gegenständen, insbesondere Fahrzeugkarosserien, mita) mindestens einem Bad, in dem sich eine Behandlungsflüssigkeit, insbesondere ein Lack befindet, in welche die Gegenstände eingetaucht werden sollen;b) einer Fördereinrichtung, mit welcher die Gegenstände in einer kontinuierlichen oder intermittierenden Translationsbewegung durch die Anlage geführt werden können;c) einer Vielzahl von Eintaucheinrichtungen, die auf einer über eine Verbindungsstruktur mit der Fördereinrichtung verbundenen Tragstruktur jeweils einen Gegenstand tragen und in der Lage sind, diesen Gegenstand in das Bad einzutauchen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßd) die Verbindungsstruktur mindestens einen Schwenkarm (50, 51), der an der Fördereinrichtung (5) um eine erste Achse verschwenkbar angelenkt ist, und eine dem Schwenkarm (50, 51) zugeordnete Antriebseinrichtung (54, 55, 56, 57), mit welcher der Schwenkarm (50, 51) verschwenkt werden kann, umfaßt;e) die Tragstruktur (61) um eine zweite Achse, die einen Abstand von der ersten Achse aufweist, verschwenkbar an dem Schwenkarm (50, 51) angelenkt ist; undf) eine Antriebseinrichtung (78, 79, 80, 81) vorgesehen ist, mit welcher die Tragstruktur (61) um die zweite Achse gegenüber dem Schwenkarm (50, 51) verschwenkbar ist. - Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (78, 79, 80, 81) für die Verschwenkung der Tragstruktur (61) gegenüber dem Schwenkarm (50, 51) an einer Stelle angeordnet ist, die beim Verschwenken der Schwenkarme (50, 51) nicht in das Bad (2) eintaucht, und über eine mechanische Verstelleinrichtung (62, 63) mit der Tragstruktur (61) verbunden ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung (62, 63) ein Gestänge (64, 65, 66, 67) aufweist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung (62, 63) zwei Stangen (64, 65, 66, 67) umfaßt, die so einerseits an einem starr mit der Tragstruktur (61) verbundenen Teil (70, 71) und andererseits an einem starr mit der Ausgangswelle der Antriebseinrichtung (78, 79, 80, 81) verbundenen Teil (68, 69) angelenkt sind, daß sie niemals gleichzeitig einen Totpunkt erreichen.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanische Verstelleinrichtung eine Kette umfaßt.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgangswelle (52, 53) der Antriebseinrichtung (54, 55, 56, 57) des Schwenkarms (50, 51) hohl ist und die Ausgangswelle der Antriebseinrichtung (78, 79, 80, 81) für die Verschwenkung der Tragstruktur (61) koaxial durch die Ausgangswelle (52, 53) der Antriebseinrichtung (54, 55, 56, 57) des Schwenkarms (50, 51) hindurchgeführt ist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm (50, 51) ein Ausgleichsgewicht trägt. - Anlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkarm mit einem Energiespeicher zusammenwirkt, welcher in der Lage ist, die bei der Abwärtsbewegung des mit der Tragstruktur verbundenen Endes des Schwenkarms frei werdende Energie zwischenzuspeichern, um sie bei dessen Aufwärtsbewegung wieder zurückzugeben.
