Wie oben für die Prüfeinrichtung 30 beschrieben, kann es auch für die weitere Prüfeinrichtung 130 vorgesehen sein, daß Daten, die bei der Überprüfung des Blattguts, bzw. der Banknoten, anfallen, mit Prüfdaten verglichen bzw. ergänzt werden, die bei der Überprüfung des entsprechenden Blattguts, bzw. der entsprechenden Banknote, in der Prüfeinrichtung 30 angefallen sind und von der Prüfeinrichtung 30, bzw. deren Steuereinrichtung, bzw. der separaten Steuereinrichtung, gespeichert worden sind.
Claims (20)
- System zum Bearbeiten von Blattgut, insbesondere von Banknoten und Wertpapieren, mit einer Vorrichtung (1) zum Bearbeiten von Blattgut, einer Transporteinrichtung (70) und einer weiteren Vorrichtung (100) zum Bearbeiten von Blattgut, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) zum Bearbeiten von Blattguteine Vereinzelungseinrichtung (10,20), für die Vereinzelung eines Blattgutstapels,ein Transportsystem (40), für den Transport des vereinzelten Blattguts,eine entlang des Transportsystems (40) angeordnete Prüfeinrichtung (30), für die Prüfung des vereinzelten Blattguts, undmindestens zwei Ablageeinrichtungen (50,60;51,61;52,62) zur Ablage von Blattgut, in Abhängigkeit vorn Ergebnis der Prüfeinrichtung (30) enthält,
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Transporteinrichtung (70) und der Vereinzelungseinrichtung (10,20) eine Ablage (60) angeordnet ist, die das Blattgut aufnimmt, das durch die Prüfeinrichtung (30) nicht eindeutig geprüft werden kann und/ oder das als fehlerhaft erkannt wird, wobei die Transporteinrichtung (70) das in der Ablage (60) gesammelte Blattgut zur weiteren Vorrichtung (100) überführt.
- System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ablage (60) von einer der Ablageeinrichtungen (50,60;51,61;52,62) gebildet wird.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, 4. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung (70) eine Wendeeinrichtung enthält, welche das Blattgut, das durch die Prüfeinrichtung (30) nicht eindeutig geprüft werden kann und/ oder das als fehlerhaft erkannt wird, wendet.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung (70) Blattgut, das durch die Prüfeinrichtung (30) nicht eindeutig geprüft werden kann und/oder das als fehlerhaft erkannt wird, einer Vereinzelungseinrichtung (110,120) der weiteren Vorrichtung (100) zuführt.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Vorrichtung (100) ein weiteres Transportsystem (140), eine weitere entlang des weiteren Transportsystems (140) angeordnete weitere Prüfeinrichtung (130) und mindestens zwei weitere Ablageeinrichtungen (150,160;151,161;162) aufweist.
- System nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Prüfeinrichtung (130) Merkmale des Blattguts überprüft, die auch von der Prüfeinrichtung (30) überprüft werden.
- System nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Prüfeinrichtung (130) Merkmale des Blattguts überprüft, die sich von den von der Prüfeinrichtung (30) überprüften Merkmalen unterscheiden.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blattgut in der Vorrichtung (1) in Richtung seiner langen Seite verarbeitet wird, wohingegen das Blattgut in der weiteren Vorrichtung (100) in Richtung seiner kurzen Seite verarbeitet wird, oder umgekehrt.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blattgut in der Vorrichtung (1) mit einer höheren Geschwindigkeit transportiert wird als in der weiteren Vorrichtung (100), oder umgekehrt.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Prüfeinrichtung (130) Daten der Überprüfung von Blattgut ermittelt und zusammen mit in Prüfeinrichtung (30) gespeicherten Daten der Überprüfung von Blattgut auswertet, wobei die in der Prüfeinrichtung (30) gespeicherten Daten der Überprüfung Blattgut betrifft, das zuvor nicht eindeutig geprüft und/oder als fehlerhaft erkannt wurde.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Prüfeinrichtung (130) Abrechnungsdaten für das in den weiteren Ablageeinrichtungen (150,160;151,161;162;180) abgelegte Blattgut ermittelt und an die Prüfeinrichtung (30) überträgt, und die Prüfeinrichtung (30) Abrechnungsdaten für das in den Ablageeinrichtungen (50,60;51,61;52,62) abgelegte Blattgut speichert und die gespeicherten Abrechnungsdaten mit den Abrechnungsdaten der weiteren Prüfeinrichtung (130) ergänzt und/oder ändert.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Prüfeinrichtung (130) eine statische Überprüfung des Blattguts vornimmt, wozu die weitere Prüfeinrichtung (130) die weitere Transporteinrichtung (140) anhält, wenn das zu überprüfende Blattgut sich im Bereich der weiteren Prüfungseinrichtung (130) befindet, und/oder das Blattgut nur kurzzeitig beleuchtet.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prüfeinrichtung (30) und/oder die weitere Prüfeinrichtung (130) Daten der Überprüfung von Blattgut zur Auswertung an eine externe Prüfeinrichtung übertragen.
- System nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die externe Prüfeinrichtung eine Einrichtung aufweist, welche die Auswertung der Daten der Überprüfung durch eine Bedienperson erlaubt.
- System nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die externe Prüfeinrichtung und die Vorrichtung an verschiedenen Orten befinden, und daß die externe Prüfeinrichtung die Daten der Überprüfung von der Vorrichtung über eine Datenverbindung erhält.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prüfeinrichtung (30) feststellt, ob jeweils nur ein Stück Blattgut überprüft wird oder ob mehrere Stücke Blattgut miteinander verbunden sind und vom Transportsystem (40) durch die Prüfeinrichtung (30) transportiert werden.
- System nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Falle der Feststellung durch die Prüfeinrichtung (30), daß genau zwei Stücke Blattgut miteinander verbunden sind, die Prüfeinrichtung (30) eine in der Transporteinrichtung (70) vorhandene Wendeeinrichtung ansteuert, welche die zwei miteinander verbundenen Stücke Blattgut wendet.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die weitere Vorrichtung (100) zum Bearbeiten von Blattgut einen Shredder (180) aufweist, und daß von der weiteren Prüfeinrichtung (130) als echt erkanntes Blattgut dem Shredder (180) zugeführt wird.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Markierungsvorrichtung nach der Prüfeinrichtung (30) und/oder der weiteren Prüfeinrichtung (130) angeordnet ist.
