Claims (19)
- Schutzvorrichtung für ein insbesondere über Kopf bewegliches Kipp- oder Schwenktor (100, 200, 300) zum schützenden Abdichten und/oder Abdecken eines Zwischen- oder Übergangsbereiches (21) zwischen zwei relativ zueinander beweglichen Teilelementen (1, 2, 5) des Kipp- oder Schwenktores (100, 200, 300), insbesondere eines Zwischenbereiches (21) zwischen der Zarge (1) und dem Torblatt (2) oder zwischen der Zarge (1) und einem Kipp- oder Schwenkhebelwerk (5),
gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens ein vorzugsweise aus einem ersten, starren, unnachgiebigen und/oder stoßunempfindlichen Material bestehendes Trag- oder Stützelement (24, 43, 65), das zum Festlegen der Schutzvorrichtung (20) oder eines Teils (22, 23, 60) derselben an einem der beiden Teilelemente (1, 2, 5) befestigbar ist oder mit demselben verbunden ist, und durch wenigstens ein Schutzleisten- oder -lippenelement (25, 45, 63), das derart an dem Trag- oder Stützelement (24, 43, 65) oder einem von mehreren Trag- oder Stützelementen (24, 43, 65) angebracht und relativ zu dem Trag- oder Stützelement (24, 43, 65) derart beweglich oder nachgiebig ausgeführt ist, daß es einem sich im Übergangs- oder Zwischenbereich (21) befindlichen Fremdkörper, insbesondere einer Hand oder eines Fingers einer Person, im Zuge eines sich aufeinander zu Bewegens der Teilelemente (1, 2, 5) ausweichen kann, um ein Verklemmen oder Quetschen des Fremdkörpers zu verringern oder zu verhindern. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Schutzleisten- oder -lippenelement (25, 45, 63) aus einem zweiten, gegenüber dem ersten Material nachgiebiger, vorzugsweise weicher oder elastischer, ausgeführtem Material gebildet ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß sie als am Zargenrand oder dem Torblattrand zu befestigende Dichtleiste (22, 23) zum Abdichten des im geschlossenen Zustand des Kipp- oder Schwenktores (100, 200, 300) vorhandenen Torspalts (21) zwischen der Zarge (1) und Torblatt (2) ausgebildet ist oder eine solche aufweist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Dichtleiste (22), insbesondere das daran ausgebildete Trag- oder Stützelement (24), zusätzlich als Schleifschutz zwischen einer im wesentlichen parallel zur Laibungswand liegenden Zargenseite (29) und einer im Zuge der Torblattbewegung daran vorbei zu führenden Torblattumfangsseite ausgebildet und anordenbar ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Dichtleiste (22, 23) als Profilleiste ausgebildet ist mit einem ersten, aus dem ersten Material bestehenden Profilabschnitt (24, 43) als Trag- oder Stützelement und einem zweiten, aus dem zweiten Material bestehenden oder dasselbe in einem Verbindungs- oder einem Endbereich aufweisenden zweiten Profilabschnitt (25, 45), der das Schutzlippenelement bildet oder aufweist und zum Abdichten des Torspalts (21) derart von dem ersten Profilabschnitt (24, 43) wegstehend ausgebildet ist, daß er (25, 45), wenn die Dichtleiste (22, 23) am Kipp- oder Schwenktor (100, 200, 300) befestigt ist und das Torblatt (2) geschlossen ist, in den Torspalt (21) hineinreicht und/oder diesen überdeckt. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die beiden Materialien Hart- bzw. Weichgummi, Hart- bzw. Weich-PVC oder sonstige, in unterschiedlichen Elastizitäts- oder Härtegraden herstellbare und insbesondere bereits beim Herstellprozeß zu der Dichtleiste (22, 23) oder einem hierfür verwendbaren Rohling zusammenfügbare Kunststoff- oder Verbundmaterialien sind. - Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der erste Profilabschnitt einen tragenden insbesondere leistenförmig geraden Profilsteg (24, 43) umfaßt, von dem wenigstens ein Befestigungsabschnitt (26, 27; 44), insbesondere in Flanschform, abgewinkelt abragt. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Befestigungsabschnitt (26) oder wenigstens einer (26) von mehreren Befestigungsabschnitten (26, 27) einen Eingriffsabschnitt zum Eingreifen in eine an der Zarge (1) oder dem Torblatt (2) vorgesehene Haltenut (30) bildet, wobei der Befestigungsabschnitt (26) vorzugsweise zum Eingreifen in eine zum Festlegen einer Schleifleiste an der parallel zur Laibungswand liegenden Zargenseite (29) vorhandene Haltenut (30) oder in eine an der in den durch das Torblatt zu verschließenden Raum hinein weisenden Zargeninnenseite (31) vorzusehende Haltenut ausgebildet ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Befestigungsabschnitt (44) oder wenigstens (27) einer von mehreren Befestigungsabschnitten (26, 27) zum Umgreifen einer Innenkante (32, 46) desjenigen Teilelementes, d.h. des Torblattes (1) oder der Zarge (2), an welchem die Dichtleiste (22, 23) zu befestigen ist, ausgebildet ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, insbesondere nach Anspruch 9,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Befestigungseinrichtung (28; 33, 39, 40, 41; 48, 49) zum Festklemmen, Festschrauben, Festnieten oder dergleichen Festlegen des Befestigungsabschnittes (26, 27, 44) oder eines der Befestigungsabschnitte (26, 27, 44) und vorzugsweise des die Innenkante (32, 46) umgreifenden Befestigungsabschnittes (27, 44) an dem mit der Dichtleiste (22, 23) zu versehenden Teilelement (1, 2). - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Befestigungseinrichtung eine oder mehrere Ausnehmungen (33, 39) in nahe der Innenkante (32, 46) von dem mit der Dichtleiste (22, 23) zu versehenden Teilelement (1, 2) wegstehenden, die Befestigung der Teilelemente (1, 2) aneinander oder deren Relativbewegung ermöglichender oder erleichternder Halter-, Lager- oder Führungseinrichtungen (11, 34, 51, 50) aufweist, in welche Ausnehmung(en) (33, 39) der Innenkante (32, 46) umgreifende Befestigungsabschnitt (27, 44) einführbar und/oder darin verklemmbar ist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2 bzw. nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß sie als Abdeckung (60) für einen sich im Zuge der Torblattbewegung der Zarge (1) nähernden Teil (61, 15) eines Schwenk- oder Kipphebelwerks (5) ausgebildet ist oder eine solche umfaßt. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß wenigstens ein Kantenbereich (62) der Abdeckung (60) zum Bilden des Schutzleistenelements in nachgiebigen Material, insbesondere Gummi oder PVC oder dergleichen, speziell Weichgummi bzw. Weich-PVC, gehalten ist oder solches aufweist. - Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Abdeckung (60) einen insbesondere U-profilförmigen Hauptkörper (65) aus Metall oder dergleichen als Trag- oder Stützelement mit wenigstens einer von diesem auf die Zarge (1) zu gerichtet wegragenden Seitenwand (64) aufweist, deren freier Endbereich den nachgiebigen Kantenbereich (62) bildet. - Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Abdeckung (60) kappenförmig oder als insbesondere U-profilförmige Abdeckschale ausgebildet ist, daß die Abdeckung (60) zur Befestigung an dem Kipp- oder Schwenkhebelwerk (5) oder einer damit verbundenen Gewichtsausgleicheinrichtung (8) ausgelegt ist, wobei die Ränder oder Profilschenkel (64) der Abdeckung (60) zum Umgreifen des abzudeckenden Kipp- oder Schwenkhebelwerks (5) und eines zwischen dem Kipp- oder Schwenkhebelwerk (5) und der Zarge (1) gebildeten Zwischenraums ausgebildet sind, um einen Handeingriff zu erschweren.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, gekennzeichnet durch eine an dem Hebelwerk (5), insbesondere an einem Hebelarmlager (13) desselben dieses umgreifend, und/oder an der Gewichtsausgleicheinrichtung (8), insbesondere an einem ein Dehnungsfederelement (14) mit dem Hebelarmlager (13) verbindenden Federband (15), vorhandene Befestigungseinrichtung (68) zum Festlegen der Abdeckung (60), vorzugsweise derart, daß die Befestigungseinrichtung (68) eine, zwei oder mehrere Rast- oder Klemmelemente oder Aufdrücknippel (69, 70) zum form- oder reibschlüssigen Eingreifen in entsprechende Öffnungen (67) oder Ausnehmungen der Abdeckung (60) umfaßt.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein erstes bzw. erster, an dem für den Angriff des Federbandes (15) dienenden Hebelarmlager (13) zu befestigendes bzw. zu befestigender Rast- oder Klemmelement oder Aufdrücknippel (69) ein zum aufschnappenden, umgreifenden Aufsetzen auf das Hebelarmlager (13) geeignetes Schlaufen- oder Greifelement (72) umfaßt. - Schutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein zweites oder zweiter Rast- oder Klemmelement oder Aufdrücknippel (70) an dem Federband (15) ausgebildet oder zum Befestigt Werden insbesondere in einer Öffnung (73) desselben ausgebildet ist.
- Kipp- oder Schwenktor, umfassend eine Zarge (1) und ein darin schwenk- oder kippbar und insbesondere über Kopf beweglich gehaltenes Torblatt (2),
