Claims (10)
- Rolleneinrichtung für eine einer mittelbar oder unmittelbar von einer Unterstützung, wie Schwelle (110), ausgehenden Backenschiene (10, 108) zugeordnete Zunge (12, 114) einer Weiche, umfassend zumindest ein zum Abstützen der Zunge mit Zungenfuß bestimmtes Rollenelement (14, 16, 84, 90, 92, 94, 96), das vorzugsweise auf einem Federeigenschaften aufweisenden Element (120, 122) abgestützt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Rollenelement (90, 92, 94, 96) von einer Halterung (98) ausgeht, in der die Zunge (114) in abliegender Stellung so festlegbar ist, daß ein Schlagen der Zunge verhindert ist. - Rolleneinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Halterung (98) in Seitenansicht eine Geometrie eines liegenden U's mit unterschiedlichen Schenkellängen aufweist und daß der Zungenfuß (116) zwischen den Schenkeln (100, 116) vorzugsweise zwischen von diesen ausgehenden Rollenelementen (94, 96) festklemmbar ist. - Rolleneinrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Rollenelement (14, 16, 84) von einer Aufnahme (26, 82) ausgeht, die zur Abstandsveränderung zwischen dem Rollenelement und der Backenschiene (10) um zwei um 180° gedrehte Positionen mit einer Halterung (40) verbindbar ist. - Rolleneinrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Halterung (40) zumindest ein an der Backenschiene (10) oder der Unterstützung befestigbares bzw. festlegbares Tragelement (34, 36) wie Tragarm aufweist, der zu seiner Verstellung oder zum horizontalen Verschieben der Aufnahme (26, 82) ein sich horizontal erstreckendes Langloch (38) aufweist. - Rolleneinrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwei zueinander beabstandete und durch ein Abstandselement (64) untereinander verbundene Tragarme (34, 36) vorhanden sind, die zueinander ausgerichtete horizontal verlaufende Langlöcher (38) aufweisen, daß der bzw. die Tragarme (34), (36) gegen den Schienenfuß (70) der Backenschiene (10) mittels eines Klemmelementes (56) ziehbar sind, welches auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite an dem Schienenfuß anliegt, und daß sowohl der Tragarm (34, 36) als auch das Klemmelement (56) jeweils eine schnabelförmige Aussparung (66) zum zumindest teilweise Aufnehmen eines Schienenfußabschnittes aufweisen. - Rolleneinrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Klemmelement (56) zwei über ein Distanzstück (58) verbundene Schenkel (60, 62) aufweist, die sich abschnittsweise im Bereich zwischen den Tragarmen (34, 36) erstrecken, und daß von dem die Tragarme (34, 36) verbindenden Abstandselement (64) ein Bolzenelement ausgeht, welches einen Abschnitt (58) des Klemmelementes (56) durchsetzt und gegen dieses ziehbar ist. - Rolleneinrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahme (26, 82) zumindest ein sich vertikal erstreckendes Langloch (30, 32) aufweist, das von einem die Aufnahme zwischen den Tragelementen (34, 36) festklemmenden Verbindungs- wie Bolzenelement (42) durchsetzt ist. - Rolleneinrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Drehachse bzw. Drehachsen (18, 20, 88) des bzw. der Rollenelemente (14, 16, 84) in bezug auf das die Aufnahme mit der Halterung verbindenden Verbindungs- wie Bolzenelement (42) zwischen dieser und der Backenschiene (10) und/oder auf der der Backenschiene abgewandten Seite verläuft bzw. verlaufen. - Rolleneinrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Rollenelement (90, 92, 94, 96) auf zumindest zwei Federelementen (120, 122) unterschiedlicher Kennlinien abgestützt ist, daß das eine Federelement (122) eine im wesentlichen konstante Steifigkeit und das andere Federelement (120) eine veränderliche Steifigkeit aufweisen und daß die Federelemente derart mechanisch miteinander gekoppelt sind, daß bei durch die Zunge (114) belastetem Rollenelement (90, 92, 94) jedes Federelement einen federfähigen Zustand aufweist. - Rolleneinrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Halterung (98) von der Unterstützung (110) wie Schwelle ausgeht.
