Claims (7)

  1. Charnière réglable pour portes ou fenêtres, avec une partie fixe (1) à fixer au dormant et une partie mobile (2) à fixer au vantail, se composant d'une contre-pièce (5) solidaire du vantail et d'une pièce de réglage (6) prenant appui sur la contre-pièce (5) et comportant l'une des deux pièces d'articulation (3 ou 4), la pièce de réglage (6) pouvant se déplacer par rapport à la contre-pièce (5) dans un axe perpendiculaire à l'axe de la charnière (7), sous l'action d'un goujon fileté (8) qui s'appuie sur la contre-pièce (5) et qui est accessible de l'extérieur pour effectuer un réglage continu et être bloqué après réglage, la pièce de réglage (6) pouvant recevoir une plaque de recouvrement (16)
    caractérisée en outre par les points suivants :
    a) la contre-pièce (5) se présente sous la forme d'un profil en L qui s'applique sur un bord du vantail par deux ailes (9, 10) formant pratiquement un angle droit;
    b) la contre-pièce (5) est munie sur son aile la plus large (9) d'axes porteurs (14) qui pénètrent dans le vantail ;
    c) la contre-pièce (5) comporte sur son aile étroite (10) des trous filetés (30) permettant son vissage sur le chant du vantail de porte ou de fenêtre ;
    d) la pièce de réglage (6) comporte des trous oblongs (11) allongés selon un axe perpendiculaire à l'axe de la charnière (7) et prévus pour recevoir des vis de blocage (12) qui s'engagent dans les trous taraudés (28) de la contre-pièce (5) en maintenant, et serrant après blocage, la pièce de réglage (6) sur la contre-pièce (5) ;
    e) la pièce de réglage (6) comporte d'autres trous oblongs (11') s'étendant en direction de l'axe de la charnière (7) pour recevoir les vis support (13) venant s'ancrer dans le profil du vantail.
  2. Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le goujon fileté (8) est disposé sur la surface de glissement (17) de la pièce de réglage (6) contre la contre-pièce (5), qu'il est de forme cylindrique et que l'une de ses extrémités comporte un six pans creux (31) et qu'il est maintenu dans un logement (18) semi-cylindrique de la contre-pièce (5) ou de la pièce de réglage (6) et, dans l'autre de ces deux pièces, dans une forme (19) semi-cynlindrique avec filetage intérieur (20) permettant un déplacement perpendiculaire à l'axe de la charnière (7).
  3. Charnière selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les faces frontales du logement semi-cylindrique (18) sont en forme de porte-paliers (34, 35) assurant un renforcement de l'appui des faces frontales du goujon fileté (8).
  4. Charnière selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la contre-pièce (5) est une pièce de fonderie, plus particulièrement en zinc moulé sous pression, dans laquelle est moulée la forme (19) avec son filetage intérieur (20).
  5. Charnière selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la face de la contre-pièce (5) dirigée vers l'extérieur, comporte une graduation (21) indiquant le déplacement du goujon fileté (8) par rapport à sa position médiane, visible à travers un regard (22) ménagé dans la pièce de réglage (6).
  6. Charnière selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la contre-pièce (5) comporte au moins un trou oblong (23) disposé perpendiculairement a l'axe de la charnière (7), et la pièce de réglage (6) au moins un axe de sécurité (24) passant à l'intérieur du trou oblong (23) et comportant à son extrémité libre un dispositif d'arrêt (25).
  7. Charnière selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la contre-pièce (5) comporte des tenons (26) allongés perpendiculairement à l'axe de la charnière (7), et qui s'engagent dans les rainures (27) prévues dans la pièce de réglage (6).
