Claims (15)
- Dispositif de réglage sur une penture de porte ou de fenêtre avec une partie destinée au dormant et une partie destinée au battant maintenues avec possibilité de liaison pivotante par un pivot fixé dans l'un des deux corps de penture, qui présente une tige de réglage (26,11) capable de rotation avec au moins une saillie excentrique (263,50) effectuant la même rotation et une partie mobile (21,55), dans laquelle la tige de réglage peut être mise en prise par engagement positif, la partie excentrique et la partie mobile étant disposées dans le même corps de penture, et qui présente une partie de réglage latéral avec une patte (21) fixée au corps de penture (32,32') et présentant un trou longitudinal (22) dans lequel est inséré de manière mobile en rotation un boulon excentrique (26), avec des moyens de guidage (28) qui maintiennent et guident la patte (21) de manière mobile vers le battant (3) et avec des moyens de fixation (24) pour conserver la position de déplacement souhaitée, caractérisé en ce que le boulon excentrique (26) pourvu de ses pièces dans l'axe (261,262) est disposé avec possibilité de rotation d'une part dans une plaque de couverture (23) et d'autre part dans le battant (3) et/ou une plaque de fond (25) pouvant être fixée au battant, et en ce que la patte (21) est mobile et guidée par les moyens de guidage (28) vers la plaque de couverture (23) d'une part et d'autre part vers le battant (3) et/ou vers une plaque de fond (25) fixée au battant (3).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de guidage est un creux (28) ménagé dans la plaque de couverture (23) pour recevoir la patte (21), conçu de telle sorte que la patte (21) puisse y être reçue de manière mobile.
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une patte (21) fixée au corps de penture (32',32") avec un trou longitudinal (22) pour la partie excentrique (263) d'un boulon d'excentrique (26) ; une plaque de couverture (23) avec un creux (28) pour recevoir la patte (21) et un trou d'axe (29) pour recevoir une pièce dans l'axe (261) du boulon excentrique (26) ; une plaque de fond (25) avec un trou d'axe (27) pour recevoir l'autre pièce dans l'axe (262) du boulon d'excentrique (26) ; un boulon d'excentrique (26) avec des parties dans l'axe (261,262) pour un support avec possibilité de rotation dans les plaques de fond (25) et de couverture (23) et avec une partie excentrique (263) pouvant tourner dans le trou longitudinal (22) ; et avec des moyens de vissage (24) pour la liaison de la plaque de fond (25) avec la plaque de couverture (23).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le boulon excentrique (26) présente une pièce dans l'axe (261) avec un creux (8) formé pour permettre de tourner avec un outil.
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le creux formé pour tourner avec un outil est par exemple un trou hexagonal (8).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le boulon d'excentrique (26) est fixé avec possibilité de rotation avec une pièce dans l'axe (261) dans le trou d'axe (29) dans la plaque de couverture (23).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le boulon d'excentrique (26) est fixé par un collet à la pièce dans l'axe (261) disposée avec possibilité de rotation dans le trou d'axe (29) de la plaque de couverture.
- Dispositif de réglage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une patte (21) fixée au corps de penture (32',32") avec un trou longitudinal (22) pour la partie excentrique (263) d'un boulon d'excentrique (26) ; une plaque de couverture (23) avec un creux (28) pour recevoir la patte (21) et un trou d'axe (29) pour recevoir une pièce dans l'axe (261) du boulon d'excentrique (26) ; une plaque de fond (25) avec un trou d'axe (27) pour recevoir l'autre pièce dans l'axe (262) du boulon d'excentrique (26) ; un boulon d'excentrique (26) avec des parties dans l'axe (261,262) pour un support avec possibilité de rotation dans les plaques de fond (25) et de couverture (23) et une partie excentrique (263) pouvant tourner dans le trou longitudinal (22) ; avec des moyens de vissage (24) pour relier la plaque de fond (25) avec la plaque de couverture (23) et avec une partie destinée au battant (3) disposée entre la plaque de fond (25) et la plaque de couverture (23) et fixée.
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une patte (21) fixée au corps de penture (32',32") avec un trou longitudinal (22) pour la partie excentrique (263) d'un boulon d'excentrique (26) ; une plaque de couverture (23) avec un creux (28) pour recevoir la patte (21) et un trou d'axe (29) pour recevoir une pièce dans l'axe (261) du boulon d'excentrique (26) ; une partie destinée au battant (3) avec un trou d'axe (27) pour recevoir l'autre pièce dans l'axe (262) du boulon d'excentrique (26) ; un boulon d'excentrique (26) avec des parties dans l'axe (261,262) pour un support avec possibilité de rotation dans un trou d'axe (30) de la partie destinée au battant et le trou d'axe (29) de la plaque de couverture (23) et une partie excentrique (263) pouvant tourner dans le trou longitudinal (22) ; avec des moyens de vissage (24) pour relier la partie destinée au battant (3) avec la plaque de couverture (23).
- Dispositif de réglage pour une penture de porte ou de fenêtre avec une partie destinée au dormant et une partie destinée au battant maintenues avec possibilité de liaison pivotante par un pivot fixé dans l'un des deux corps de penture, qui présente une tige de réglage (26,11) capable de rotation avec au moins une saillie excentrique (263,50) effectuant la même rotation et une partie mobile (21,55), dans laquelle la tige de réglage peut être mise en prise par engagement positif, la partie excentrique et la partie mobile étant disposées dans le même corps de penture, et qui présente une partie de réglage latéral avec un corps cylindrique (11) disposé dans le corps de penture (32,32') d'une partie inférieure et supérieure de penture, qui est disposé dans le corps de penture de manière mobile en rotation, et avec une tige de guidage en hauteur (55) disposée et guidée de manière mobile dans un trou longitudinal dans le corps de penture (32,32'), qui est posée par sa première extrémité dans une encoche excentrique (50) dans le corps cylindrique (11) et qui dépasse par sa seconde extrémité (58) au-dessus de la partie formant pivot du corps de penture (32,32'), l'autre partie inférieure ou supérieure de penture (32,32') pouvant être posée sur la seconde extrémité (58) de la tige de guidage en hauteur (55), caractérisé en ce que le corps cylindrique (11) est assuré contre le déplacement, en ce que la tige de guidage en hauteur (55) présente une partie en saillie (57) d'un diamètre inférieur à celui du corps de la tige (56), la partie en saillie (57) présentant une longueur d'au moins une course d'excentrique (h), et en ce que la partie formant pivot du corps de penture (32,32') présente un collet (59) sur l'ouverture de sortie prévue pour la tige de guidage en hauteur (55).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le corps cylindrique avec l'encoche excentrique est pourvu d'un creux (8) formé pour tourner avec un outil.
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le creux formé pour tourner avec un outil est un trou hexagonal (8).
- Dispositif de réglage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la tige filetée (7") pour le réglage latéral ou le corps cylindrique (11) avec l'encoche excentrique présente un évidement en forme de rainure (62) servant à recevoir une tige transversale (63) disposée dans la partie destinée au châssis ou au battant.
- Dispositif de réglage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisée en ce que la tige filetée (7") pour le réglage latéral ou le corps cylindrique (11) avec l'encoche excentrique présente un évidement en forme de rainure (62) d'une largeur correspondant au moins au secteur de réglage, cet évidement en forme de rainure servant à recevoir une tige transversale (63) disposée dans la partie destinée au châssis ou au battant.
- Penture de porte ou de fenêtre universelle pourvue d'un dispositif de réglage, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une combinaison d'un dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 1 et d'un dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 10.
