Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к обогащению и/или идентификации фетальных клеток в пробе материнской крови с использованием лигандов, специфичных для фетальных клеток, и/или гибридизационных зондов, специфичных для фетальных клеток, где лиганды или зонды в первом раунде обогащения направлены на эндотелиальный/мезинхимальный маркер, например на CD105, CD146 или CD141, а во втором раунде обогащения они направлены на эпителиальный маркер, например на цитокератин, такой как CK7, CK8, CK18 или CK19. Обогащенные или идентифицированные фетальные клетки могут быть подвергнуты стадиям обнаружения или диагностирования, поэтому настоящее изобретение обеспечивает 5 способов неинвазивной пренатальной диагностики.
