Abstract

Противоопухолевые соединения, имеющие пятичленную структуру эктеинасцидина, с конденсированными кольцами формулы (XIV). В соединениях настоящего изобретения отсутствует 1,4-мостиковая группа, обычно присутствующая в эктеинасцидинах. Указанные соединения имеют заместитель в положении С-1, выбранный из необязательно защищенной или дериватизированной аминометиленовой группы или необязательно защищенной или дериватизированной гидроксиметиленовой группы.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
