Abstract

Συνθετικά πεπτίδια ανταγωνιστές τα οποία λαμβάνονται από τον TGFβ1 ή από τους υποδοχείς του στον οργανισμό. Είναι δυνατό να χρησιμοποιηθούν είτε τα ίδια τα πεπτίδια ή οι γονιδιακές ακολουθίες που τα κωδικοποιούν και τα ανασυνδυασμένα συστήματα που τα εκφράζουν, για την παραγωγή των συνθέσεων που χρησιμοποιούνται στην αγωγή ηπατικών νόσων και ειδικότερα σε περιπτώσεις ινώσεως. Αυτές οι συνθέσεις μπορούν να περιλαμβάνουν, προαιρετικά μιμότοπα των παραπάνω δραστικών πεπτιδίων.
