本发明提供了一种多糖的提取纯化装置,如图1-4所示,包括:提取罐1,用于多糖的提取,其顶端设有罐盖11,所述提取罐1内设有升降装置,所述升降装置包括伸缩组件和伸缩板12,所述伸缩组件的一端与所述伸缩板12连接,所述伸缩组件的一端与所述伸缩板12连接,所述伸缩组件的另一端贯穿所述罐盖11与电机组件13连接;具体的,所述伸缩板12包括第一固定板121、第一伸长板122、第二伸长板123、第一转动板124和第二转动板125,所述第一固定板121的一端通过弹性组件与所述第一伸长板122的一端连接,所述第一固定板121的另一端通过另一弹性组件与所述第二伸长板123连接;所述第一伸长板122的另一端与所述第一转动板124的一端转动连接,所述第一转动板124的另一端与所述第二转动板125的一端转动连接,所述第二转动板125的另一端与所述第二伸长板123的另一端转动连接;所述两个弹性组件均为弹簧;所述第一固定板121、所述第一转动板124和所述第二转动板125的转动连接处均与所述伸缩组件连接。进一步的,所述伸缩组件包括第一伸缩杆和第二伸缩杆,所述第一伸缩杆与所述第一固定板121连接,所述第二伸缩杆与所述第一转动板124和所述第二转动板125的转动连接处连接;所述电机组件13为控制所述伸缩板12转动的旋转电机。提取时,先通过所述伸缩板将原料置于提取液内,在原料能自行置于提取液内之后,所述伸缩板在所述伸缩组件的作用下,进行刮壁和搅拌;具体的,首先将植物进行粉碎处理得到植物粉末,在利用植物进行多糖提取时,植物粉末往往漂浮在提取液的上层,因此本发明为了避免植物粉末漂浮在提取液上层,设置了所述伸缩板12,所述伸缩板12中的第一固定板121、第一伸长板122、第二伸长板123、第一转动板124和第二转动板125均为过滤膜,所述过滤膜的网孔均小于植物粉末,避免植物粉末穿过所述过滤膜漂浮在提取液上层,使用时,盖好所述罐盖11,控制所述第一伸缩杆向下移动,直至植物粉末处于提取液内,使得更好的提取多糖,在提取的过程中,当植物粉末不在所述伸缩板12的作用下仍能处于提取液内时,令所述第二伸缩杆向下移动,在移动的过程中,所述第一转动板124和所述第二转动板125呈“V”字形,在所述第一转动板124和所述第二转动板125转动的过程中,所述第一伸长板122和所述第二伸长板123在所述弹性组件的作用下,分别向所述第一固定板121内进行滑动,进而缩短所述伸缩板12的两边的长度,然后,在所述电机组件13的控制下,所述伸缩板12另外一对相对的边则沿着所述提取罐1的罐壁进行转动,可以有效的刮掉提取过程中附着在所述提取罐1的罐壁上的植物粉末,同时还可以辅以搅拌功能,使得提取更加的高效。另外,所述提取罐1内壁设有超声波振荡器14、传感组件、盛物板16;所述传感组件为液位传感器和温度传感器,所述盛物板16设于所述提取罐1的底部,所述盛物板16为过滤膜,所述过滤膜的网孔小于植物粉末,通过所述伸缩杆12和所述盛物板16的相互作用对提取完后的植物粉末进行挤压。所述提取罐1外壁设有制冷器15,用于调整提取过程中所述提取罐1内的温度和浓缩过程中所述提取罐1内的温度;所述液位传感器用于检测提取液的添加量,待添加到设定的位置时,停止添加提取液,利用所述超声波振荡器14对植物粉末进行超声提取,在超声提取的过程中,利用所述温度传感器检测所述提取罐1内的温度,若温度过高,则所述温度传感器发出信号,所述制冷器15进行制冷处理,确保在超声提取过程中,所述提取罐1内的温度处于适宜温度内,避免因温度过高而对多糖提取造成的影响。The present invention provides a polysaccharide extraction and purification device, as shown in Figures 1-4, comprising: an
