3. The body conditioner for improving perihair angulation of claim 1, wherein the moisturizer is selected from one or more of the group consisting of: yeast fermentation product, butanediol, panthenol, and methyl propylene glycol.
4. The body conditioner for improving perihair keratinization of claim 1, wherein the thickening agent is selected from one or more of the following: colloidal oat flour, xanthan gum, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer.
5. The body conditioner for improving perihair angulation of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is selected from one or more of the following: methyl glucose sesquistearate, sucrose stearate, hydrogenated lecithin, cetearyl olive oleate, sorbitan olive oleate, glyceryl caprylate.
6. The body conditioner for improving perihair angulation of claim 1, wherein the chelating agent is selected from one or more of the following: caprylyl hydroximic acid, propylene glycol and EDTA disodium.
7. A body care milk for improving perihair keratinization according to any of claims 1-6, wherein water, butylene glycol, panthenol, methyl propylene glycol, glycerin, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, propylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol, allantoin, urea, colloidal oat flour, xanthan gum, and ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer constitute the aqueous phase raw material.

The body conditioner for improving perihair keratinization of claim 7, wherein triethyl citrate, shea butter, caprylic/capric triglyceride, disodium gEDTA, coco-caprylate/caprate, cetostearyl alcohol, triglycerides of C10-18 fatty acids, lauroyl lysine, dimethicone, jojoba oil, methylgluco-sesquistearate, sucrose stearate, hydrogenated lecithin, cetostearyl olive oleate, sorbitan olive oleate, glyceryl caprylate and squalane constitute the oil phase raw material.
9. The method of claim 8 for preparing a body conditioner for improving perihair angulation comprising the steps of:
s1: weighing oil phase raw materials, pouring the weighed oil phase raw materials into a feeding hopper, grinding the oil phase raw materials, conveying the ground oil phase raw materials into a temperature-rising oil phase pot by a screw conveyor, measuring and pouring filtered water flow into water phase raw materials, pouring the water phase raw materials into a water phase pot, indirectly heating the water phase pot and the oil phase pot to 80 ℃ through steam respectively, stirring the oil phase raw materials and the water phase raw materials to be uniformly mixed after the oil phase raw materials and the water phase raw materials are completely dissolved and reach the specified temperature, and keeping the temperature for later use through automatic adjustment of an automatic temperature control valve;
