Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of cosmetics, and particularly relates to eye cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Moisturizing is a research hotspot of cosmetic and dermatological subjects, and is an important condition for keeping skin healthy and delaying aging. Under normal conditions, due to the water absorption function and the barrier function of the stratum corneum and the covering effect of lipid substances secreted by sweat glands and sebaceous glands, water is not easy to lose, and the stratum corneum can keep a certain water content. When the relative humidity of the environment is low or the normal water absorption and barrier function of the skin are damaged, the loss of water in the epidermis is increased, and the skin is dry and desquamated.
Research shows that the skin around the eyes is particularly soft, thin and provided with a plurality of folds, so that the moisture evaporation speed of the skin around the eyes is the fastest, and meanwhile, the sebaceous glands of the sweat glands of the skin around the eyes are less distributed, and the skin is particularly easy to dry and lack of water. The factors determine that eyes are the most easily aged and problematic places, the skin around the eyes begins to descend after the age of 25, and the problems of black eye circles, fishtail lines, eye bags, granulation, edema and the like occur, so that prevention and nursing are very important, international brands of the eye cream market at present can bear high price by non-ordinary common people, the quality of the eye cream in middle and low-end markets is good, and most of the eye cream has no practical effect on improving the eye skin.
With the improvement of living standard and the acceleration of living rate, people stay up night for a long time, face computers, mobile phones and the like, and the skin of people is injured in different degrees, so that the drying of skin cells is accelerated, and people pursue safe, high-efficiency protection and high-moisture-retention anti-wrinkle eye cream, wherein 'chongshang nature' is the main development trend of cosmetics in all countries in the world, and the research on the moisture-retention anti-wrinkle eye cream in the prior art has the following steps:
CN103961299A discloses an eye cream and its preparation method, wherein the effective components include camellia essential oil, sage essential oil, almond essential oil, lemon juice, carrot juice, vitamins, honey, glycerin, tomato juice and water. The active ingredients of the eye cream, namely the tomato juice, contain organic acids such as malic acid and citric acid, so that the acidity is high, the eye cream is irritant to the skin, mucous membranes on the surface layer of the skin can be irritated when the eye cream is applied to the face, although honey can be neutralized, sensitive skin or skin with thin cuticle cannot be directly applied, the eye cream cannot be used by people with inflammation on the skin around the eyes, and the skin injury can be aggravated otherwise.
CN105287340A discloses a whitening and moisturizing eye cream and a preparation method thereof, the whitening and moisturizing eye cream comprises vaseline, hydroxyethyl cellulose, glycerol, butylene glycol, polydimethylsiloxane, coconut oil, cetostearyl alcohol, sorbitol, vitamin E, methyl glucose sesquistearate, eucommia ulmoides extract, pearl barley extract, aloe extract, pearl powder, fish essence, milk protein, carbomer, diethanolamine, tranexamic acid, polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester, essence, preservative and water. Although the invention has good permeability and easy absorption, and has the functions of enhancing the elasticity of skin around eyes and improving the phenomena of dryness and relaxation, the invention has more extracts and complicated preparation process.
The moisturizing and wrinkle-resistant eye cream disclosed in the above prior art can satisfy the most basic moisturizing needs of people, however, as people increasingly pursue health, additives in cosmetics are more or less harmful to the skin. Therefore, a moisturizing and wrinkle-resisting eye cream using pure plants as raw materials is urgently needed.

The preparation method of the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle eye cream comprises the following specific steps:
a. dispersing xanthan gum in glycerol, adding sorbitol, an anti-allergy agent and a chelating agent, then adding deionized water, stirring and mixing uniformly, and heating to 85 ℃ to obtain a phase A;
b. mixing SIMULSOL165, MONTANOV68, cetostearyl alcohol, and vitamin E acetate uniformly, heating to 85 deg.C, and making into phase B;
c.B dispersing AVC into partial B phase after completely dissolving, stirring uniformly, and separately heating;
d. silicone oil dm10 and silicone oil 0345 were mixed at room temperature for use as phase C.
e. After the temperature is reached, adding the phase B and the phase C into the phase A, and homogenizing and stirring for 5 minutes;
f. and e, keeping the temperature and stirring for 10min after the system obtained in the step e is homogenized, continuing stirring and defoaming, cooling to below 45 ℃, adding fucoidin, ethylhexyl glycerol, phenoxyethanol and essence, stirring uniformly, adjusting the pH of the system to 5.5-6.5, and cooling to below 35 ℃ to discharge.
The method for preparing the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle eye cream of comparative example 1 is mostly the same as that of example 1 except that fucoidan is not added.
The effects of the moisturizing and wrinkle-reducing eye creams prepared in the above examples 1 to 3 and the moisturizing and wrinkle-reducing eye cream prepared in comparative example 1 were analyzed and studied. Adopts a pyrogallol autoxidation method. The pyrogallol is autooxidized under the alkaline condition to release O2 —A colored intermediate is formed, which can be measured spectrophotometrically. The scavenger can scavenge O2 —The autoxidation rate of pyrogallol is reduced. Taking 2.8mL of pH8.2(50mmol/L) buffer solution, adding 0.1mL of polysaccharide solution with different mass concentrations, balancing at 25 ℃ for 10min, adding 0.1mL of pre-warmed pyrogallol (60mmol/L), and mixing uniformly. After 3min of reaction, 0.05mL of ascorbic acid (5 g/100 mL) was added to terminate the reaction. After 10min the absorbance was measured at 420 nm. The blank is adjusted to zero by replacing pyrogallol solution with equal volume of 10mmol/LHC1, and the control group replaces fucoidan sample with equal volume of water. The clearance was calculated as follows:
in the formula: e is the clearance rate; a0 is absorbance of control group; a is the absorbance of the sample set.
Although superoxide anion radicals are a relatively weak oxidizing agent present in most organisms, they can produce hydrogen peroxide and hydroxyl radicals through disproportionation and other types of reactions, are sources of free radical formation in the body, and can cause serious damage to the body by damaging DNA and cell membranes. As can be seen from Table 1, fucoidan can effectively scavenge superoxide anion radicals, the clearance rate does not change obviously under the condition of low content of fucoidan, and the scavenging capacity is gradually enhanced along with the gradual increase of the content.
