Abstract
The invention discloses a skin soothing and repairing composition and a cosmetic composition, wherein the skin soothing and repairing composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-8 parts of squalane; 0.1-5 parts of jojoba seed oil; 0.5-8 parts of shea butter; 0.5-8 parts of a soothing compound; 0.001-1 part of ceramide 3; the soothing compound consists of the following raw materials: shea butter, argan, waste malt meal wax and vitamin E; according to the skin soothing and repairing composition, according to the principle of similarity and intermiscibility, the oil from various natural plant sources which is the same as or similar to the skin composition is adopted to cooperate with the ceramide 3, so that the skin soothing and repairing composition can be better absorbed by the skin, the skin burden is relieved, the nutrition reduced by the loss and secretion of the skin is supplemented, the effects of relieving stimulation, enhancing the skin resistance and repairing the skin barrier are achieved, and the repairing effect on the skin is further achieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a skin soothing and repairing composition and a cosmetic composition.
Background
The skin is a part which is sensitive and fragile, in daily life, many people think that the skin is sensitive, actually, the number of the sensitive skins is not large, most of the sensitive skins are damaged due to the fact that the barrier of the skin is damaged because the skin is not nursed, cutin is frequently removed or the skin is not cleaned properly, and once the skin is damaged, the self-repairing capability and the immunity of the skin are seriously reduced or even lost, so that the skin sensitive phenomenon is caused.
Skin damage can not only affect the appearance of the skin, but also adversely affect the health of the skin. The stratum corneum of damaged skin becomes thinner, and the stratum corneum of skin cannot better lock water after being thinned, so that the problems of water shortage, dryness and the like of the skin occur. In this case, if only water is simply supplemented, the problem of skin damage cannot be alleviated, and excessive water supplementation may increase skin burden and cause skin inflammation.
Therefore, in response to the problems of damaged and sensitive skin, it is necessary to develop products for maintaining the barrier function of skin and repairing damaged stratum corneum.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a skin soothing and repairing composition and a cosmetic composition, which have the effects of relieving irritation and repairing skin barriers, so that the skin repairing effect is achieved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a skin soothing and repairing composition which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
0.5-8 parts of squalane;
0.1-5 parts of jojoba seed oil;
0.5-8 parts of shea butter;
0.5-8 parts of a soothing compound;
0.001-1 part of ceramide 3;
the soothing compound consists of the following raw materials: shea butter, argan, waste malt meal wax and vitamin E.
Further, the skin soothing and repairing composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1-4 parts of squalane;
0.3-3 parts of jojoba seed oil;
1-4 parts of shea butter;
1-4 parts of a soothing compound;
0.001-0.5 part of ceramide.
Further, the soothing compound is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-85 parts of shea butter, 10-25 parts of argan, 3-10 parts of waste malt meal wax and 0.08-0.5 part of vitamin E.
In addition, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition comprising the skin soothing repair composition as described above, wherein the skin soothing repair composition is 2.0-30% by weight of the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
Furthermore, the cosmetic composition also comprises 70-98% of cosmetic auxiliary materials; the cosmetic auxiliary materials are selected from one or more of emulsifier, emollient, solubilizer, thickener, skin conditioner, humectant, pH regulator, preservative, chelating agent, essence and deionized water.
Further, the emulsifier is selected from one or more of glycerol stearate, steareth-2, steareth-21, cetearyl glucoside, sodium stearyl glutamate, sorbitan stearate, sucrose cocoate, sucrose stearate, sucrose distearate, sucrose polystearate, sucrose palmitate, sorbitan isostearate, ceteareth-20, hydrogenated lecithin, cetearyl olive oleate, sorbitan olive oleate.
Further, the emollient is selected from one or more of stearic acid, palmitic acid, olive oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, polydimethylsiloxane, cetostearyl alcohol, ethylhexyl palmitate, behenyl alcohol, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, and arachidyl alcohol.
Further, the humectant is selected from one or more of glycerol polyether-26, glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol, polyethylene glycol-8, dipropylene glycol, methyl propylene glycol, betaine, saccharide isomer, Tremella extract, trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, xylitol-based glucoside, dehydrated xylitol, and glucose.
Further, the thickening agent is selected from one or more of carbomer sodium, xanthan gum, acryloyl dimethyl taurate/VP copolymer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium polyacrylate, sodium acrylate/acryloyl dimethyl taurate copolymer, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and glycerol acrylate/acrylic acid copolymer.
Further, the preservative is selected from one or more of methyl hydroxybenzoate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin, bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea and methylisothiazolinone;
the essence is selected from one or more of faint scent type, floral scent type, fruity type and composite scent type.
The skin soothing and repairing composition of the invention comprises the following raw materials in part by weight:
squalane: pure natural squalane from plants (olive oil), with a molecular structure of vegetable origin without substitution, has a strong affinity with the skin. Squalane, which is similar to squalene, an important component constituting sebum of a human body, is easily incorporated into the skin, forms a protective film on the skin surface to play a barrier role and can help repair the skin barrier.
Jojoba seed oil: the raw material is natural plant, namely liquid wax ester of jojoba seeds which are subjected to mechanical squeezing, filtering and pasteurization treatment, and the chemical structure of the wax ester is close to that of human sebum, so the wax ester is easy to absorb by skin. The jojoba seed oil contains abundant vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin E and mineral substances, and has good permeability and high stability; the jojoba seed oil and squalane are compounded, so that the skin barrier repairing cosmetic has a synergistic effect on the function of repairing skin barriers, and can enable the cosmetic to have better smearing feeling, absorptivity, sticky feeling and dryness and smoothness.
Shea butter: the natural non-saponified oil is rich in natural non-saponified oil, has very close index to that of oil secreted by a human body, is deeply moistened, forms a protective film on the surface layer of skin, and has the effect of repairing the skin.
Glycerin A: is prepared by squeezing nuts growing on Argan tree in Morocco by primary oil squeezing and cold oil squeezing. Contains fatty acid, vitamin E, polyphenol and natural squalene; also contains diluted phytosterol, which can help to soften skin, stimulate pores to expel toxin and restore natural lipid barrier.
Waste malt meal wax: is derived from wheat by supercritical CO2The extraction technology has mild processing process, and the active ingredients can be preserved and extracted aseptically. Contains fatty acid, vitamin E, B family vitamins, and phytosterol, and has effects of promoting skin barrier function regeneration and improving skin barrier function.
Vitamin E: also known as tocopherol, has antioxidant effect, prevents cells from being oxidized, enhances cell viability, and keeps skin elastic and glossy.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the skin soothing and repairing composition, according to the principle of similarity and intermiscibility, the oil from various natural plant sources which is the same as or similar to the skin composition is adopted to cooperate with the ceramide 3, so that the skin soothing and repairing composition can be better absorbed by the skin, the skin burden is relieved, the nutrition reduced by the loss and secretion of the skin is supplemented, the effects of relieving stimulation, enhancing the skin resistance and repairing the skin barrier are achieved, and the repairing effect on the skin is further achieved. The composition disclosed by the invention has a mutual synergistic effect, can repair a stratum corneum barrier and relieve and repair skin, and when the composition is applied to cosmetics, the cosmetics have better smearing, absorption, viscosity and dryness and relieving degrees, and can be used for daily care of people with various skin types.
2. The shea butter adopted by the invention not only can be used for cooperating with squalane, jojoba seed oil and ceramide 3 to promote the regeneration of the skin barrier function and improve the skin barrier function, but also can cooperate with the argan, the waste malt meal wax and the vitamin E to play roles in replenishing water and relieving, so that the composition disclosed by the invention can improve the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum and can reduce the transdermal water loss rate.

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In the inventive examples and comparative examples, the following percentages (%) are by weight unless otherwise specified. In the examples of the invention and the comparative examples, the cosmetic composition was a skin cream.
Example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 7
A cosmetic composition containing skin soothing and repairing composition is prepared into skin cream, and the formula and content of the raw material components are shown in the following table 1.

The essence, flavor and preservative are conventional additives in the cosmetic technical field, and the amount can be added by those skilled in the art according to the type and content of the essence, flavor and preservative described in the application and according to the design requirement of the product.
Wherein, the above component 12: the formula and the content of the raw material components of the soothing compound are shown in the following table 2.

The preparation method of the skin cream prepared from the cosmetic composition comprises the following steps:
1. adding deionized water, glycerol, butanediol, xanthan gum and methyl ester into a water phase pot, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, and uniformly dispersing to obtain phase A;
2. adding steareth-2, steareth-21, cetostearyl alcohol, polydimethylsiloxane, squalane, jojoba seed oil, shea butter, soothing compound and ceramide 3 into an oil phase pot, stirring and heating to 80-85 deg.C, and dissolving uniformly to obtain phase B;
3. pumping the phase A and the phase B into an emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 10 minutes, preserving heat for 15 minutes, and beginning to cool;
4. when the temperature of the material in the pot reaches 45 ℃, adding phenoxyethanol and essence, and stirring uniformly; and (5) discharging after the inspection is qualified.
Effect testing
Test objects: 80 healthy women of 25-50 years old were divided into 8 groups of 10 individuals each.
Test area: face (left face blank sample, right face control sample or example sample).
Use of: the composition is applied once in the morning and evening, and is used for 28 days.
Testing an instrument: CK skin tester (Germany)
Observation parameters: water content of skin stratum corneum and water loss value through skin
Measuring the change rate of the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum and the change rate of the percutaneous water loss of the skin by using a CK skin tester (Germany) after 28 days, wherein the higher the change rate of the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum is, the better the moisture content of the skin is; the lower the rate of change of the transdermal water loss rate, the better the skin barrier.
The test results are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from the test results in Table 4, the composition of example 1 of 5 acting simultaneously is superior to the composition of comparative examples 1-7 (lacking one or more of the components of the raw materials for combination) in the effect of skin barrier repair, in which each component of the composition has an effect on the percutaneous water loss of the skin, indicating that each component has a skin barrier repair effect on the skin;
when the shea butter is absent in the comparative examples 3 and 7, compared with the example 1, the change rate of the moisture content of the skin stratum corneum is reduced, and the change rate of the percutaneous water loss of the skin is obviously increased, namely, the functional effects of moisturizing, relieving, promoting the regeneration of the skin barrier function and improving the skin barrier of the comparative examples 3 and 7 are obviously reduced, so that the shea butter adopted by the invention not only can be used for cooperating with squalane, jojoba seed oil and ceramide 3 to promote the regeneration of the skin barrier function and improve the skin barrier function, but also can cooperate with the attrol, waste wheat germ wax and vitamin E to replenish water and relieve the skin barrier function;
further comparison shows that, in comparative examples 1 to 5, 4 of the compositions were used, but the barrier repair effect and the moisturizing effect were far inferior to those of 5 compositions, and thus, the composition of the present invention was not simply added between the components.
Comparative example 6 and comparative example 7, in which 3 compositions were used and the contents of the components were increased, had no barrier repair effect nor moisturizing effect as the effect of 5 compositions acting simultaneously, and thus it was found that the composition of the present invention was not a simple substitution between the components.
In conclusion, the composition disclosed by the invention has a mutual synergistic effect, and can repair the barrier of the stratum corneum and relieve and repair the skin.
Examples 2 to 4 and comparative examples 8 to 12:
a cosmetic composition containing skin soothing and repairing composition is prepared into skin cream, and the formula and content of the raw material components are shown in the following table 5.

Through tests, in the examples and the comparative examples, the emulsifier can also be one or more of glycerol stearate, cetearyl glucoside, sodium stearyl glutamate, sorbitan stearate, sucrose cocoate, sucrose stearate, sucrose distearate, sucrose polystearate, sucrose palmitate, sorbitan isostearate, ceteareth-20, hydrogenated lecithin, cetearyl olive oleate, and sorbitan olive oleate.
The emollient is selected from stearic acid, palmitic acid, olive oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, ethylhexyl palmitate, behenyl alcohol, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, and arachidyl alcohol.
The humectant can also be one or more of glyceryl polyether-26, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol-8, dipropylene glycol, methyl propylene glycol, betaine, saccharide isomer, Tremella extract, trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, xylitol-based glucoside, dehydrated xylitol, and glucose.
The thickener can also be selected from one or more of carbomer sodium, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium polyacrylate, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyltaurate copolymer, acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, and glyceryl acrylate/acrylic acid copolymer.
Effect test 1
Test objects: 80 healthy women of 25-50 years old were divided into 8 groups of 10 individuals each.
Test area: face (left face blank sample, right face control sample or example sample).
Use of: the composition is applied once in the morning and evening, and is used for 28 days.

The test results in table 8 show that when mineral oil and olive oil are used to replace jojoba seed oil, the effects of improving the moisture content of the skin and repairing the barrier of the skin are remarkably reduced; therefore, the skin-moistening skin cream has the effects of moistening skin only by adopting the synthetic oil and the vegetable oil, does not have the function of repairing skin barriers, and has the effect of moistening skin by adopting the synthetic oil and the vegetable oil which is not the same as that of jojoba seed oil.
Effect test 2
The examples 2 to 4 and the comparative examples 8 to 12 were tested for smearing, absorbency, stickiness, and dryness-soothing during use;
test objects: 80 healthy women of 25-50 years old were divided into 8 groups of 10 individuals each. The product is evaluated by self-evaluation feeling after being continuously used for 28 days, and the evaluation standards are 1-5 points of smearing feeling, 1-5 points of absorption, 1-5 points of sticky feeling (the lower the score value is, the better the product effect is), and 1-5 points of dryness and smoothness, and the higher the score value is, the better the product effect is; the test results (the test results are the average score values of all test subjects) are shown in table 9.

The test results in tables 8 and 9 show that when the jojoba seed oil is replaced by the mineral oil and the olive oil, the effects of the jojoba seed oil on improving the moisture content of the skin and repairing the barrier of the skin are remarkably reduced, and the effects of the jojoba seed oil on smearing, absorbency, stickiness and dryness and smoothness are remarkably reduced; thus, although the synthetic oil and vegetable oil have the function of moistening the skin, the mineral oil and the olive oil cannot be combined with other raw materials to play a synergistic effect in the invention.
In conclusion, the oil from various natural plant sources, which is the same as or similar to the skin composition, is adopted to cooperate with the ceramide 3, so that the oil can be better absorbed by the skin, the skin burden is reduced, the nutrition for reducing the loss and secretion of the skin is supplemented, the effects of relieving stimulation, enhancing the skin resistance and repairing the skin barrier are achieved, and the skin repairing effect is further achieved.
It is particularly noted that the cosmetic composition of the invention can be prepared into cosmetics of other formulations, such as skin lotion, skin emulsion, skin gel and the like, and the cosmetics of other formulations have the same effect as the effect proved by the embodiment within the range of the mixture ratio disclosed by the invention.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail above, and the principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein by using specific examples, and the descriptions of the embodiments are only used to help understanding the principles of the embodiments of the present invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the embodiments of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific implementation manners and application ranges, and in summary, the content of the present description should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The skin soothing and repairing composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
0.5-8 parts of squalane;
0.1-5 parts of jojoba seed oil;
0.5-8 parts of shea butter;
0.5-8 parts of a soothing compound;
0.001-1 part of ceramide 3;
the soothing compound consists of the following raw materials: shea butter, argan, waste malt meal wax and vitamin E.
2. The skin soothing and rejuvenating composition as defined in claim 1, which consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1-4 parts of squalane;
0.3-3 parts of jojoba seed oil;
1-4 parts of shea butter;
1-4 parts of a soothing compound;
0.001-0.5 part of ceramide.
3. A skin soothing rejuvenation repairing composition as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2 wherein said soothing complex is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-85 parts of shea butter, 10-25 parts of argan, 3-10 parts of waste malt meal wax and 0.08-0.5 part of vitamin E.
4. A cosmetic composition comprising the skin soothing rejuvenation composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 in an amount from 2.0 to 30% by weight of the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
5. The cosmetic composition of claim 4, further comprising a cosmetic adjuvant 70-98%; the cosmetic auxiliary materials are selected from one or more of emulsifier, emollient, solubilizer, thickener, skin conditioner, humectant, pH regulator, preservative, chelating agent, essence and deionized water.
6. Cosmetic composition according to claim 5, characterized in that the emulsifier is selected from one or more combinations of glyceryl stearate, steareth-2, steareth-21, cetearyl glucoside, sodium stearyl glutamate, sorbitan stearate, sucrose cocoate, sucrose stearate, sucrose distearate, sucrose polystearate, sucrose palmitate, sorbitan isostearate, ceteareth-20, hydrogenated lecithin, cetearyl olivate, sorbitan olivate.
7. The cosmetic composition of claim 5, wherein the emollient is selected from the group consisting of stearic acid, palmitic acid, olive oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, dimethicone, cetostearyl alcohol, ethylhexyl palmitate, behenyl alcohol, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, arachidyl alcohol, and combinations thereof.
8. The cosmetic composition of claim 5, wherein the humectant is selected from the group consisting of glyceryl polyether-26, glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, polyethylene glycol-8, dipropylene glycol, methyl propylene glycol, betaine, saccharide isomerate, Tremella extract, trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, xylitol-based glucoside, anhydroxylitol, xylitol, and glucose.
9. The cosmetic composition according to claim 5, wherein the thickener is selected from one or more of the group consisting of sodium carbomer, xanthan gum, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium polyacrylate, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyltaurate copolymer, acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, glyceryl acrylate/acrylic acid copolymer.
10. The cosmetic composition of claim 5, wherein the preservative is selected from one or more of methylparaben, propylparaben, phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin, bis (hydroxymethyl) imidazolidinyl urea, methylisothiazolinone;
the essence is selected from one or more of faint scent type, floral scent type, fruity type or compound scent type essence.
