Abstract
The invention provides an oil-in-water skin care emulsion containing a sialylate and a preparation method thereof. The present invention applies a sialylate to an oil-in-water system to solve the problem of degradation of sialic acid and the problem of reduced viscosity of thickeners, especially carbomer-containing thickeners. According to the invention, through a large amount of researches on the emulsifier and the thickener of the skin care milk, the sialylate can stably exist in the obtained oil-in-water system, and the obtained skin care milk has excellent physical and chemical stability and remarkably improves the quality of cosmetics.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to an oil-in-water skin care emulsion containing a sialylate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sialic acid (Sialic acid) is an acidic amino sugar containing 9 carbon atoms and having a pyranose structure, also known as N-acetylneuraminic acid, cubilose acid and cubilose element, widely exists in various biological tissues, is an important part forming a cell surface complex carbohydrate, and has physiological effects of promoting brain development, improving memory, resisting inflammation, viruses and tumors, improving the absorption of vitamins and minerals by intestinal tracts and the like. With the intensive research and understanding of sialic acid, sialic acid also inhibits the oxidation of tyrosine, reduces melanin deposition and thus improves the appearance of skin. Therefore, sialic acid can be widely used in the cosmetic field.
The oil-in-water (O/W) system is one of the most commonly used emulsification systems for topical cream emulsions, and is an emulsification system in which an oil is dispersed in water, the oil being the internal phase and the water being the continuous external phase. The oil-in-water system has the advantages of simple operation, fresh skin feeling and the like, and is the most common preparation formulation of cosmetics.
However, the applicant finds that when sialic acid is applied to an oil-in-water system, the thickening body (particularly the thickening body containing carbomer) has the problems of gravity stratification, particle flocculation and agglomeration when the thickening body is matched with partial auxiliary materials, and also finds that the sialic acid is subjected to degradation reaction in the oil-in-water system, so that the content of the sialic acid in the system is reduced, and meanwhile, the generated by-products cause the problem of discoloration of the system, and the quality of a cosmetic product is seriously reduced.
In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an oil-in-water type skin care milk containing a sialylate, which has excellent physical and chemical stability and remarkably improves the quality of cosmetics. The invention also provides a preparation method of the oil-in-water skin care emulsion containing the sialic acid salt.
In order to achieve the above object, the first aspect of the present invention provides an oil-in-water skin care emulsion containing a sialylate, wherein the sialylate is used as the only functional ingredient or one of the functional ingredients.
The invention discovers that the sialic acid salt formed by neutralizing sialic acid with alkali has obviously improved stability to acid, heat, light and the like, and when the sialic acid salt is added into an oil-in-water system as a unique functional component or one of the functional components, the problem that the sialic acid reduces the viscosity of a thickening body (particularly a thickening body containing carbomer) can be effectively solved, and the stability of the skin care milk is improved.
In some specific embodiments, the oil-in-water skin care milk includes a sialylate and an emulsifier.
Further, the weight percentage content of the sialic acid salt in the oil-in-water skin care milk is 0.1-2%; the weight percentage of the emulsifier in the oil-in-water skin care milk is 4-13%.
In some particular embodiments, the sialylate is selected from one or more of sodium sialylate, potassium sialylate, calcium sialylate, magnesium sialylate.
Further, the emulsifier comprises the following components in a weight ratio of (2-5): (1-5): steareth-21, steareth-2 and cetearyl alcohol of (1-3). The invention further discovers that the skin care emulsion adopting the emulsifier has no layering phenomenon, is more favorable for improving the physical stability of a system, and simultaneously has stable sialylate, is not easy to generate degradation reaction, and is further more favorable for improving the chemical stability of the system.
In some specific embodiments, the oil-in-water skin care emulsion further comprises 0.15-6 wt% of a thickening agent.
Further, the thickener comprises the following components in a weight ratio (0.05-1): (0.1-5) carbomer and polyacrylamide. Carbomer is a common thickener in cosmetics and a very important rheology regulator, can form gel to achieve good stability and use feeling, and is widely applied to preparation of creams and emulsions. However, in the process of the invention, the carbomer is compatible with the sialic acid, and a flocculation reaction is generated. The present invention employs a sialylate to avoid this phenomenon. The skin care milk adopting the thickener has excellent physical and chemical stability, and meanwhile, the obtained skin care milk has better skin feel so as to further meet the requirements of consumers.
In some specific embodiments, the oil-in-water skin care emulsion further comprises 10-40 wt% of an oil emollient selected from one or more of isooctyl palmitate, polydimethylsiloxane, petrolatum, and squalane. Wherein the petrolatum is vaseline.
Furthermore, the oil-in-water type skin care emulsion also comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-5% of skin repairing agent, 0.1-20% of humectant, 0.1-1% of preservative and/or 0.1-2% of acid-base regulator.
In some specific embodiments, the skin repair agent is allantoin;
and/or the humectant is propylene glycol;
and/or the preservative is p-hydroxyacetophenone;
and/or the pH regulator is sodium carbonate.
In some specific embodiments, the oil-in-water skin care lotion comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 0.1-2% of sialic acid salt, 212-5% of steareth-212%, 21-5% of steareth, 1-3% of cetearyl alcohol, 2-10% of isooctyl palmitate, 2-10% of polydimethylsiloxane, 5-10% of petrolatum, 1-10% of squalane, 0.1-20% of propylene glycol, 0.1-5% of allantoin, 0.05-1% of carbomer, 0.1-5% of polyacrylamide, 0.1-2% of sodium carbonate, 0.1-1% of p-hydroxyacetophenone and the balance of deionized water.
In a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing the aforementioned oil-in-water type skin care emulsion containing a sialylate, comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing the components according to the weight percentage for later use;
(2) sequentially adding thickener, moisturizer and deionized water into a vacuum emulsifying pot, heating in water bath to 75-85 deg.C under stirring, and keeping the temperature for 10-15 min;
(3) sequentially adding emulsifier and oil emollient into oil phase pan, stirring, heating in water bath to 75-85 deg.C, and keeping the temperature for 10-15 min;
(4) adding the materials in the oil phase pot into a vacuum emulsifying pot, homogenizing at 10000-15000rpm for 10-15min until a uniform emulsified body is formed, continuing stirring, adding the sialylate, the skin repairing agent, the acid-base regulator and the preservative when the temperature is reduced to 40-45 ℃, observing the uniformity of the material body, and cooling to room temperature to discharge.
The invention has the following advantages:
the invention applies the sialic acid salt to an oil-in-water system, and solves the problem that the degradation of sialic acid and the reduction of viscosity of a thickening body (particularly a thickening body containing carbomer) cause the instability of the system. According to the invention, through a large amount of researches on the emulsifier and the thickener of the skin care emulsion, the sialylate can stably exist in the obtained oil-in-water system, and the obtained skin care emulsion has excellent physical and chemical stability and good skin feel, so that the quality of cosmetics is remarkably improved.
