Background
Skin aging is a phenomenon of skin aging caused by natural factors or non-natural factors. After birth, the skin tissue of a person is increasingly developed, the function of the person is gradually activated, and the person starts to degenerate when the person reaches a certain age, and the degeneration is usually carried out slowly and unconsciously by the person, is a continuous and gradual physiological process and directly influences the appearance and the function of the skin.
Under normal conditions, a large number of microorganisms exist on the surface of the skin, including bacteria, fungi, viruses, chlamydia, certain protozoa and the like, the microbial flora forms a microecological system similar to an ecosphere, and different strains are mutually dependent and restricted to form a unique ecological structure, namely the normal microbial flora of the skin. According to the research of skin microecology, the skin resident bacteria have the effect of occupying space and protecting, and are orderly planted on the skin like a biological barrier, so that the pathogenic bacteria and the foreign bacteria can not stand on the skin. However, long-term, repeated and excessive internal and external environmental stimulation acts on the skin, and when the compensation capacity of the skin is exceeded, the ecological balance of the skin is broken, so that various skin diseases are caused.
Most of the existing cosmetics on the market are designed artificially, although the effect is good, the cosmetics often contain various components harmful to human bodies, such as heavy metals, hormones and the like, the effects of the cosmetics are mostly limited to moisture retention, whitening and the like, and dependence and damage to the bodies can be caused after long-term use. In order to show that the skin moisturizing milk prepared by the invention has the effect of regulating the skin micro-ecological balance, namely has the effects of promoting the proliferation of beneficial bacteria (staphylococcus epidermidis and bifidobacterium adolescentis) and inhibiting the proliferation of harmful bacteria (staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli), laboratory tests are carried out on the skin moisturizing milk prepared in the examples 1-6 and the comparative examples 6-11, and the results are shown in table 3:
the experimental method comprises the following steps: inoculating Staphylococcus epidermidis, Bifidobacterium adolescentis, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli with glass culture dish and conventional culture medium at an amount of 1 × 105Subsequently, a layer of skin lotion was applied to the inoculated surface, and the colony number was measured after 24 hours.
Table 3: the moisturizing creams prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 6-11 have proliferation and inhibition effects on various bacterial strains.
The above table shows that the skin moisturizing cream prepared in the embodiments 1-5 can effectively promote the proliferation of staphylococcus epidermidis and bifidobacterium adolescentis which are normal flora on skin, has an inhibiting effect on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli which are pathogenic bacteria on skin, and has a positive effect on enhancing skin micro-ecology. And the comparative example 6 does not contain the skin moisturizing cream prepared from the composition capable of regulating the skin micro-ecological balance, has no proliferation effect on staphylococcus epidermidis and bifidobacterium adolescentis, has no inhibition effect on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli, can not achieve the micro-ecological balance of the skin after being used by a human body, and is easy to cause the symptoms of skin discomfort.
While the skin lotion prepared by the embodiment 6 without containing the tocopherol acetate has poor proliferation effect on staphylococcus epidermidis and bifidobacterium adolescentis compared with the skin lotions prepared by the embodiments 1-5, which shows that the tocopherol acetate is used as an antioxidant and plays a certain role in promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria in the invention.
The comparative example 7 does not include the white ginseng mushroom extract and the comparative example 8 does not include the skin lotion with the content of the white ginseng mushroom extract lower than the component content of the skin lotion, compared with the skin lotion prepared in the examples 1-5, the skin lotion has poor proliferation effects on staphylococcus epidermidis and bifidobacterium adolescentis and poor inhibition effects on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli, and the result shows that the white ginseng mushroom extract has high glucan activity, and after the white ginseng mushroom extract and the probiotic metabolite are combined, the skin microecological balance environment can be adjusted, the number of skin beneficial bacteria can be increased, and the growth of harmful bacteria can be inhibited.
In a comparative example 9, compared with the skin lotion prepared in examples 1 to 5, the skin lotion prepared by using tremella polysaccharide instead of the white ginseng extract has a relatively poor proliferation effect on staphylococcus epidermidis and bifidobacterium adolescentis and a relatively poor inhibition effect on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli, which indicates that the white ginseng extract used in the invention is rich in various components such as Schizophyllan (SPG), and the like, has relatively strong biological activity of glucan compared with common polysaccharide, and the white ginseng extract applied to the components of the invention has a relatively good effect of increasing the number of beneficial bacteria in skin and inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria.
Comparative example 10 the probiotic metabolite was 3 parts, and the skin lotion prepared with the probiotic metabolite content lower than the component content of the present invention was also less effective than the skin lotions prepared in examples 1 to 5, and the technical effects of the present invention could not be achieved.
The skin lotion prepared in the comparative example 11 without the pearl oyster meat antioxidant peptides has a slightly poor proliferation effect on staphylococcus epidermidis and bifidobacterium adolescentis and a slightly poor inhibition effect on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli compared with the skin lotions prepared in the examples 1 to 5, which shows that the pearl oyster meat antioxidant peptides have a good free radical scavenging effect, are beneficial to maintaining the micro-ecological balance of skin, increase the number of beneficial bacteria in the skin and inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.
The skin moistening cream prepared by the invention has the effects of moisturizing and resisting oxidation, and meanwhile, the quantity of beneficial bacteria in the skin can be increased, the growth of harmful bacteria can be inhibited, and the active oxygen free radicals on the surface of the skin can be eliminated, so that the skin moistening cream helps to solve the skin problem caused by the micro-ecological imbalance of the skin, and is smooth, bright and white, and can keep youth forever.
