Abstract
本发明涉及一种阻燃性耐高温玻璃钢复合材料,包括以下按质量份数计算的组分:酚醛环氧树脂15‑20份,自制阻燃树脂20‑25份,双酚A环氧乙烯基树脂15‑20份,玻璃纤维60‑70份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯7‑9份,乙二胺5‑7份,乙醇1‑4份,碳酸钙10‑12份。本发明的玻璃钢复合材料不仅耐高温,且因具有阻燃性使得玻璃钢复合材料不易燃烧、可自熄,具有优良的绝缘性和耐热性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃钢材料,尤其涉及一种阻燃性耐高温玻璃钢复合材料。
背景技术
玻璃钢(FRP)亦称作GFRP,即纤维强化塑料,一般指用玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯、环氧树脂与酚醛树脂基体,以玻璃纤维或其制品作增强材料的增强塑料,称为玻璃纤维增强塑料,或称为玻璃钢,不同于钢化玻璃。
玻璃钢因质轻而硬、不导电、性能稳定、机械强度高、回收利用少、耐腐蚀的优点,被广泛应用于代替钢材制造机器零件和汽车、船舶外壳等领域。
传统的环氧玻璃钢不耐高温,不能应用于化工、冶金领域;此外,由于玻璃钢大多被使用在公共场合,而传统的玻璃钢复合材料的没有阻燃性,当发生火灾时,玻璃钢会加剧火灾的蔓延并产生大量的黑烟。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种耐高温且具有阻燃性的玻璃钢复合材料;本发明还提供该材料的制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种阻燃性耐高温玻璃钢复合材料,包括以下按质量份数计算的组分:

进一步的,所述的自制阻燃树脂由组分A和组分B,所述的组分A包括以下按质量份数计算的组分:
进一步的,所述的组分B包括过氧环己酮和催化剂,所述的过氧环己酮为不饱和聚酯树脂加入量的1-2倍,所述的催化剂为不饱和聚酯树脂加入量的2-3%。
进一步的,所述的不饱和聚酯树脂为191型不饱和聚酯树脂。
进一步的,所述的偶联剂为钛酸酯∶苯乙烯=1∶3制成的溶液。
进一步的,所述的催化剂为环烷酸钴:苯乙烯=1:1制成。
一种阻燃性耐高温玻璃钢复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,自制阻燃树脂的制备:
1)将氢氧化铝导入搅拌缸中,然后将偶联剂喷洒在氢氧化铝上,边喷边翻动均匀,
2)再将三氧化二锑、十溴二苯醚和不饱和聚酯树脂全部倒入搅拌缸中,沿同一方向搅拌20-30min,
3)用有机磷调整黏度,搅拌15-20min以强化阻燃性,取样检测黏度,粘度达到要求后制得组分A,
4)将组分B的过氧环己酮和催化剂加入组分A中,搅拌均匀后制得自制阻燃树脂;
步骤二、将酚醛环氧树脂、自制阻燃树脂、双酚A环氧乙烯基树脂、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、乙二胺、乙醇和碳酸钙放入搅拌设备搅拌均匀后加入玻璃纤维;
步骤三、倒入构件模具中,在温度值为200-250℃条件下进行加压制备阻燃性耐高温玻璃钢复合材料。
进一步的,所述的步骤一中的调整粘度时还包括滴加消泡剂进行消泡。
进一步的,所述的消泡剂为磷酸三丁酯。
进一步的,所述的步骤一中的调整后的粘度达到160s以上(涂-4杯,25℃)。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明的玻璃钢复合材料,通过酚醛环氧树脂和双酚A环氧乙烯基树脂,由于酚醛环氧树脂和双酚A环氧乙烯基树脂具有耐高温的特性,使得玻璃钢复合材料长期使用温度能达到150℃。
2、本发明的玻璃钢复合材料,通过加入自制阻燃树脂,使得玻璃钢复合材料不易燃烧、可自熄,具有优良的绝缘性和耐热性能。
具体实施方式:
为加深本发明的理解,下面将结合实施案例对本发明作进一步详述。本发明可通过如下方式实施:
实施例1
一种阻燃性耐高温玻璃钢复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,自制阻燃树脂的制备:
1)将50份氢氧化铝导入搅拌缸中,然后将1份偶联剂喷洒在氢氧化铝上,边喷边翻动均匀,
2)再将1.5份三氧化二锑、1.5份氯化石蜡、10份十溴二苯醚和40份191型不饱和聚酯树脂全部倒入搅拌缸中,沿同一方向搅拌30min,
3)用1.5份有机磷调整黏度,如果泡沫较多,可以滴加消泡剂磷酸三丁酯进行消泡,搅拌15min以强化阻燃性,取样检测黏度,粘度达到160s以上(涂-4杯,25℃)后制得组分A,
4)将60份过氧环己酮和1.25份催化剂加入组分A中,搅拌均匀后制得自制阻燃树脂;
步骤二、按照质量份数称量原料,将18份酚醛环氧树脂、23份自制阻燃树脂、18份双酚A环氧乙烯基树脂、8份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、6份乙二胺、3份乙醇和11份碳酸钙放入搅拌设备搅拌均匀后加入65份玻璃纤维;
步骤三、倒入构件模具中,在温度值为230℃条件下进行加压制备阻燃性耐高温玻璃钢复合材料。
实施例2
一种阻燃性耐高温玻璃钢复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,自制阻燃树脂的制备:
1)将45份氢氧化铝导入搅拌缸中,然后将0.5份偶联剂喷洒在氢氧化铝上,边喷边翻动均匀,
2)再将2份三氧化二锑、1份氯化石蜡、7份十溴二苯醚和32份191型不饱和聚酯树脂全部倒入搅拌缸中,沿同一方向搅拌20min,
3)用1份有机磷调整黏度,如果泡沫较多,可以滴加消泡剂磷酸三丁酯进行消泡,搅拌20min以强化阻燃性,取样检测黏度,粘度达到160s以上(涂-4杯,25℃)后制得组分A,
4)将45份过氧环己酮和0.9份催化剂加入组分A中,搅拌均匀后制得自制阻燃树脂;
步骤二、按照质量份数称量原料,将15份酚醛环氧树脂、25份自制阻燃树脂、15份双酚A环氧乙烯基树脂、7份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、5份乙二胺、2份乙醇和12份碳酸钙放入搅拌设备搅拌均匀后加入62份玻璃纤维;
步骤三、倒入构件模具中,在温度值为230℃条件下进行加压制备阻燃性耐高温玻璃钢复合材料。
实施例3
一种阻燃性耐高温玻璃钢复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,自制阻燃树脂的制备:
1)将55份氢氧化铝导入搅拌缸中,然后将2份偶联剂喷洒在氢氧化铝上,边喷边翻动均匀,
2)再将1份三氧化二锑、2份氯化石蜡、15份十溴二苯醚和45份191型不饱和聚酯树脂全部倒入搅拌缸中,沿同一方向搅拌30min,
3)用2份有机磷调整黏度,如果泡沫较多,可以滴加消泡剂磷酸三丁酯进行消泡,搅拌20min以强化阻燃性,取样检测黏度,粘度达到160s以上(涂-4杯,25℃)后制得组分A,
4)将100份过氧环己酮和1.5份催化剂加入组分A中,搅拌均
匀后制得自制阻燃树脂;
步骤二、按照质量份数称量原料,将20份酚醛环氧树脂、25份自制阻燃树脂、20份双酚A环氧乙烯基树脂、9份邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、7份乙二胺、4份乙醇和12份碳酸钙放入搅拌设备搅拌均匀后加入70份玻璃纤维;
步骤三、倒入构件模具中,在温度值为230℃条件下进行加压制备阻燃性耐高温玻璃钢复合材料。
