Abstract
本发明公开了一种渐层织物及其制备方法,该渐层织物是由天丝/棉/锦纶/羊毛/氨纶织物经活性染料染色制得;其中,天丝含量为10~50%、棉含量为15~45%、锦纶含量为10~40%、羊毛含量为4~30%、氨纶含量为3~15%;该渐层织物的制备方法包括:①精练处理、②酸中和、③除氧处理、④采用活性染料对天丝/棉/锦纶/羊毛/氨纶织物进行染色、⑤热水洗、⑥酸中和、⑦皂洗、⑧热水洗、⑨柔软处理。本发明仅采用活性染料对天丝/棉/锦纶/羊毛/氨纶织物进行染色,利用活性染料对锦纶和羊毛上染的差异性以及天丝和棉存在同色性差异,从而达到渐层的染色效果,而通过染色获得渐层织物则为渐层织物的制备提供了新的发展方向。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种渐层织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,制备渐层织物【也称渐变织物】的方法主要有两类:
(1)采用数码喷墨印花或者冷转移印花制备渐层织物。
该类方法的缺点在于:不仅生产成本较高,而且对环境不友好,尤其是,只有正面具有渐层效果,织物背面还是白色,也即单面渐层织物。
(2)先行制备渐层色纤维,再制得渐层织物【参见中国专利文献CN102076893A、CN201762486U)。
该类方法的缺点在于:只适合化学纤维,无法得到含有天然纤维的渐层织物,无法满足品牌客户对(含有羊毛、天丝等)高档材质的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种不仅生产成本较低、对环境友好,而且可以满足含有高档天然纤维要求的渐层织物及其制备方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种渐层织物,它是由天丝/棉/锦纶/羊毛/氨纶织物经活性染料染色制得。
其中,天丝含量为10~50%、棉含量为15~45%、锦纶含量为10~40%、羊毛含量为4~30%、氨纶含量为3~15%。
进一步地,天丝含量为20~40%、棉含量为20~35%、锦纶含量为20~32%、羊毛含量为8~20%、氨纶含量为5~10%。
上述渐层织物的制备方法,它是采用活性染料对天丝/棉/锦纶/羊毛/氨纶织物进行染色。
所述染色的温度为55℃~85℃,时间为30min~65min。
所述染色的染液配方如下:为织物重量0.05%~5%的活性染料,5~100g/L元明粉,0.5~3g/L代碱粉,其余为水。
所述代碱粉的主要成分为有机碱和无机碱的复合物。
所述染色之前还包括①精练处理、②酸中和、③除氧处理。
所述染色之后还包括⑤热水洗、⑥酸中和、⑦皂洗、⑧热水洗、⑨柔软处理。
所述精练处理的温度为90℃~110℃,时间为25min~65min。
所述精练处理采用的是含有0.8~2g/L精练渗透剂、0.5~2g/L精练乳化剂、0.8~1.8g/L氢氧化钠、2~6g/L双氧水以及0.4~1.0g/L双氧水稳定剂的水溶液。
所述精练渗透剂的主要成分为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;所述精练乳化剂的主要成分为聚氧乙烯壬基酚醚;所述双氧水稳定剂的主要成分为硅酸钠。
所述酸中和(包括染色之前和染色之后)的温度为50℃~70℃,时间为5min~20min。
所述酸中和(包括染色之前和染色之后)采用的是含有0.5~0.7g/L乙酸的水溶液。
所述除氧处理的时间为10min~30min。
所述除氧处理采用的是含有0.08~0.2g/L除氧酶的水溶液。
所述除氧酶的主要成分为蛋白质。
所述热水洗的温度为50℃~60℃,时间为10min~20min。
所述皂洗的温度为80℃~98℃,时间为10min~20min。
所述皂洗采用的是含有0.2~2.0g/L皂洗剂的水溶液。
所述皂洗剂的主要成分为聚羧酸。
所述柔软处理的温度为40℃~55℃,时间为15min~30min。
所述柔软处理采用的是含有0.25~0.5g/L乙酸和2~8g/L吸水柔软剂的水溶液。
所述吸水柔软剂的主要成分为高分子衍生物。
本发明具有的积极效果:本发明仅采用活性染料对天丝/棉/锦纶/羊毛/氨纶织物进行染色,利用活性染料对锦纶和羊毛上染的差异性以及天丝和棉存在同色性差异,从而达到渐层的染色效果,而通过染色获得渐层织物则为渐层织物的制备提供了新的发展方向。
具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例的渐层织物材质为天丝/棉/锦纶/羊毛/氨纶交织弹力针织单面布(36.8%天丝、23%棉、23%锦纶、9.2%羊毛、8%氨纶),制备方法具有以下步骤:
①精练处理:将织物浸在含有0.8g/L精练渗透剂、1.0g/L精练乳化剂、1.5g/L氢氧化钠、5g/L双氧水以及0.48g/L双氧水稳定剂的水溶液中,在98℃的温度下进行精练处理45min。
其中,精练渗透剂采用的是上海鼎绪工贸有限公司生产的Ablutex AP800精练剂,其主要成分为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;精练乳化剂采用的是信守化工股份有限公司生产的SEM-35N精练乳化剂,其主要成分为聚氧乙烯壬基酚醚;双氧水稳定剂采用的是无锡昱大精细化工有限公司生产的ST-50双氧水稳定剂,其主要成分为硅酸钠。
②酸中和:将步骤①精练处理后的织物浸在含有0.5g/L乙酸的水溶液中,在60℃的温度下进行酸中和10min。
③除氧处理:将步骤②酸中和后的织物浸在含有0.1g/L除氧酶的水溶液中,进行除氧处理20min。
其中,除氧酶采用的是上海雅运纺织助剂有限公司生产的50T除氧酶,其主要成分是蛋白质。
④染色:将步骤③除氧处理后的织物浸在含有活性染料、85g/L元明粉以及2g/L代碱粉的水溶液中,在60℃的温度下进行染色50min。
其中,代碱粉采用的无锡市开来生物科技有限公司生产的代碱粉KN,其主要成分为有机碱和无机碱的复合物。
所述活性染料包括为织物重量的0.24%的活性染料Neozol Orange S-3RM BS和为织物重量的2.8%的活性染料Neozol Black HF-NB BS。
上述活性染料均来源于绍兴上虞精联贸易有限公司。
⑤热水洗:将步骤④染色后的织物浸在60℃的热水中10min。
⑥酸中和:将步骤⑤热水洗后的织物浸在含有0.5g/L乙酸的水溶液中,在60℃的温度下进行酸中和10min。
⑦皂洗:将步骤⑥酸中和后的织物浸在含有0.23g/L皂洗剂的水溶液中,在95℃的温度下进行皂洗10min。
其中,皂洗剂采用的是昂高(天津)有限公司生产的R3CN 皂洗剂,其主要成分为聚羧酸。
⑧热水洗:将步骤⑦皂洗后的织物浸在60℃的热水中10min。
⑨柔软处理:将步骤⑧热水洗后的织物浸在含有0.3g/L乙酸和5g/L吸水柔软剂的水溶液中,在48℃的温度下进行柔软处理20min。
其中,吸水柔软剂采用的是无锡昱大精细化工有限公司生产的ALM-90吸水柔软剂,其主要成分为高分子衍生物。
(实施例2~实施例5)
各实施例的渐层织物制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处见表1。

Claims (9)
1.一种渐层织物,其特征在于:它是由天丝/棉/锦纶/羊毛/氨纶织物经活性染料染色制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的渐层织物,其特征在于:天丝含量为10~50%、棉含量为15~45%、锦纶含量为10~40%、羊毛含量为4~30%、氨纶含量为3~15%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的渐层织物,其特征在于:天丝含量为20~40%、棉含量为20~35%、锦纶含量为20~32%、羊毛含量为8~20%、氨纶含量为5~10%。
4.一种权利要求1至3之一所述渐层织物的制备方法,其特征在于:采用活性染料对天丝/棉/锦纶/羊毛/氨纶织物进行染色;所述染色的温度为55℃~85℃,时间为30min~65min;所述染色的染液配方如下:为织物重量0.05%~5%的活性染料,5~100g/L元明粉,0.5~3g/L代碱粉,其余为水。
5.根据权利要求4所述渐层织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述代碱粉的主要成分为有机碱和无机碱的复合物。
6.根据权利要求4所述渐层织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述染色之前还包括精练处理、酸中和以及除氧处理;所述染色之后还包括热水洗、酸中和、皂洗、热水洗以及柔软处理。
7.根据权利要求6所述渐层织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述精练处理的温度为90℃~110℃,时间为25min~65min;所述精练处理采用的是含有0.8~2g/L精练渗透剂、0.5~2g/L精练乳化剂、0.8~1.8g/L氢氧化钠、2~6g/L双氧水以及0.4~1.0g/L双氧水稳定剂的水溶液;所述精练渗透剂的主要成分为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚;所述精练乳化剂的主要成分为聚氧乙烯壬基酚醚;所述双氧水稳定剂的主要成分为硅酸钠。
8.根据权利要求6所述渐层织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述除氧处理的时间为10min~30min;所述除氧处理采用的是含有0.08~0.2g/L除氧酶的水溶液;所述除氧酶的主要成分为蛋白质。
9.根据权利要求6所述渐层织物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述柔软处理的温度为40℃~55℃,时间为15min~30min;所述柔软处理采用的是含有0.25~0.5g/L乙酸和2~8g/L吸水柔软剂的水溶液;所述吸水柔软剂的主要成分为高分子衍生物。
