背景技术:
现有法兰绒面料染色后不耐水洗、手感差,不够柔软,导致应用上受限。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种耐水洗,手感好的法兰绒面料的染整工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种法兰绒面料的染整工艺,它包括以下步骤,
1)预处理,平整松布后入缸用2%退浆酶,55-60℃运行15-20min进行退浆;
2)染色;加入所需活性染料、1%匀染剂、50%元明粉、0.5%纯碱和1.8%代用碱60℃运行10min,染色后用55℃水洗;
3)整理:将1%聚丙烯酸、2.3%香茅精油依次投入去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.8%硝酸银、1.9%尼泊金丙酯、2.3%季戊四醇以及1.5%柔软剂,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后水洗定型。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明通过工艺改进,提高了耐水洗效果,并且布面手感好,更加柔软,大大提升了面料的品质,改善了面料的服用性。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
一种法兰绒面料的染整工艺,它包括以下步骤,
1)预处理,平整松布后入缸用2%退浆酶,55-60℃运行15-20min进行退浆;
2)染色;加入所需活性染料、1%匀染剂、50%元明粉、0.5%纯碱和1.8%代用碱60℃运行10min,染色后用55℃水洗;

其中,匀染剂为3000conc,柔软剂选用盈丰大纺织助剂有限公司生产的环保型平滑柔软氨基硅原油。
本发明通过工艺改进,提高了耐水洗效果,并且布面手感好,更加柔软,大大提升了面料的品质,改善了面料的服用性。

1.一种法兰绒面料的染整工艺,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤,
1)预处理,平整松布后入缸用2%退浆酶,55-60℃运行15-20min进行退浆;
2)染色;加入所需活性染料、1%匀染剂、50%元明粉、0.5%纯碱和1.8%代用碱60℃运行10min,染色后用55℃水洗;
