浅米色产品染色时,采用卷染方法,染料用量 :诺威克隆红 FN—2BL 0.022%owf、诺威克隆黄 FN—2R 0.017% owf、诺威克隆蓝FN—R 0.021% owf ;卷染工艺为 :织物进缸→冷水一道→加染料升温至40℃上染四道→40℃元明粉促染二道(第一道开始加2/3元明粉,第二道开始加1/3元明粉)→ 40℃纯碱固色二道(第一道开始加2/3纯碱,第二道开始加1/3纯碱)→ 70℃固色二道→冷水洗二道→ 80℃水洗二道→ 40℃水洗二道→加醋酸中和一道→冷水出缸。 车速为 130m/min。
无甲醛防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为 :
Arkofix NZF 100~120 g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 10~12 g/L
非离子柔软剂 V-12 25g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调 pH 至 5.0 ~ 5.5 ;
防缩整理时通过平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩整理液,带液率 70%,90~ 100℃松式预烘,超喂 2%~4%上针板,八格热风焙烘,其中第一~二格温度150℃,第三~四格温度 160℃,第五~八格温度 165℃,两个锡林冷却落布步骤 , 车速为 40~50m/min。
轧光整理时,轧光辊温度50~70℃,压力6~9Mpa, 车速为 60~ 70m/min。
得到的棉竹纤维混纺阔幅机织物表面光泽度高,经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为 -3.0%~+1.0%,耐皂洗牢度≧4级,断裂强力≧280N。
实施例2:
一种棉竹纤维混纺阔幅机织物的生产方法,其特征是:依次包括坯布翻缝、烧毛、淀粉酶退浆、煮练、氧漂、预拉幅、半丝光、染色、拉幅、无甲醛防缩整理、预缩、轧光等步骤;坯布规格:棉/竹纤维混纺织物,质量比:棉:竹纤维=70:30,门幅107英寸,纱支数为28s×28s,密度为90×65;棉竹纤维混纺阔幅机织物表面光泽度高,经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为 -3.0%~+1.0%,耐皂洗牢度≧4级,断裂强力≧280N。
直辊丝光机半丝光工艺为:24对直辊多浸多轧碱液(NaOH 140~150g/L,室温)→24对直辊直辊淋洗去碱(淋洗液温度50~70℃)→第一、二格90~95℃平洗→第三~五格80~90℃平洗→第六格70~80℃平洗→第七格流动冷水平洗→烘干,车速为 50~60m/min。
浅玉色产品染色时,采用冷轧堆染色方法,染液组成:诺威克隆红 FN—2BL1.45g/L、诺威克隆黄 FN—2R 0.56g/L、诺威克隆蓝FN—R 0.042g/L ;碱液组成 :冷轧堆固色碱DA-GS710 56/L ; 染色工艺为 : 染液与碱液 4 :1 质量比例混合,轧液率 65%,车速 55~60m/min,室温堆置18~24h ; 染色后处理工艺为 : 进布→常温穿过还原蒸箱→第一、二、三格流动冷水洗→第四、五格80~90℃皂煮→第六格70~80℃水洗→第七格流动冷水水洗→落布。
无甲醛防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为 :

1.一种产品安全性能好的棉竹纤维混纺阔幅机织物,其特征是:坯布规格:棉/竹纤维混纺织物,质量比:棉:竹纤维=70:30,门幅107英寸;棉竹纤维混纺阔幅机织物表面光泽度高,经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为 -3.0%~+1.0%,耐皂洗牢度≧4级,断裂强力≧280N;
所述棉竹纤维混纺阔幅机织物由下列生产方法制得:依次包括坯布翻缝、烧毛、淀粉酶退浆、煮练、氧漂、预拉幅、直辊丝光机半丝光、染色、拉幅、无甲醛防缩整理、预缩、轧光步骤;
所述直辊丝光机半丝光工艺为:24对直辊多浸多轧碱液,条件:NaOH 140~150g/L,室温→24对直辊直辊淋洗去碱,淋洗液温度50~70℃→第一、二格90~95℃平洗→第三~五格80~90℃平洗→第六格70~80℃平洗→第七格流动冷水平洗→烘干,车速为 50~60m/min;
