Abstract
the invention discloses an gradient fabric and a preparation method thereof, the gradient fabric is prepared by dyeing tencel/cotton/chinlon/wool/spandex fabric by reactive dyes, wherein the tencel content is 10-50%, the cotton content is 15-45%, the chinlon content is 10-40%, the wool content is 4-30%, and the spandex content is 3-15%.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, and particularly relates to a gradual-layer fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, there are two main types of methods for preparing gradient fabrics [ also known as gradient fabrics ]:
(1) and preparing the gradual-layer fabric by adopting digital ink-jet printing or cold transfer printing.
The disadvantages of this type of process are: the production cost is high, the fabric is not friendly to the environment, particularly, only the front side has the gradual-layer effect, and the back side of the fabric is white, namely the single-side gradual-layer fabric.
(2) Gradually layered fibers are prepared first, and then gradually layered fabrics are prepared [ see chinese patent documents CN102076893A, CN201762486U ].
The disadvantages of this type of process are: the method is only suitable for chemical fibers, cannot obtain the gradual-layer fabric containing natural fibers, and cannot meet the requirements of brand customers on high-grade materials (containing wool, tencel and the like).
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a gradual-layer fabric which is low in production cost and environment-friendly and can meet the requirements of high-grade natural fibers and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a gradually-layered fabric is prepared by dyeing tencel/cotton/chinlon/wool/spandex fabrics with reactive dyes.
Wherein the tencel content is 10-50%, the cotton content is 15-45%, the chinlon content is 10-40%, the wool content is 4-30%, and the spandex content is 3-15%.
Furthermore, the tencel content is 20-40%, the cotton content is 20-35%, the chinlon content is 20-32%, the wool content is 8-20%, and the spandex content is 5-10%.
The preparation method of the gradually-layered fabric adopts reactive dye to dye tencel/cotton/chinlon/wool/spandex fabric.
The dyeing temperature is 55-85 ℃, and the dyeing time is 30-65 min.
The dyeing liquid formula for dyeing is as follows: the fabric comprises 0.05-5% of reactive dye, 5-100 g/L of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 0.5-3 g/L of alkali-substituted powder and the balance of water by weight.
The main component of the alkali-substituting powder is a compound of organic alkali and inorganic alkali.
② the ② dyeing ② process ② also ② comprises ② the ② steps ② of ② refining ② treatment ②, ② acid ② neutralization ② and ② oxygen ② removal ② treatment ②. ②
⑧ after ⑧ dyeing ⑧, ⑧ hot ⑧ water ⑧ washing ⑧, ⑧ ⑥ ⑧ acid ⑧ neutralization ⑧, ⑧ soap ⑧ washing ⑧, ⑧ hot ⑧ water ⑧ washing ⑧ and ⑧ softening ⑧ treatment ⑧ are ⑧ carried ⑧ out ⑧. ⑧
The temperature of the refining treatment is 90-110 ℃, and the time is 25-65 min.
The refining treatment adopts an aqueous solution containing 0.8-2 g/L of refining penetrant, 0.5-2 g/L of refining emulsifier, 0.8-1.8 g/L of sodium hydroxide, 2-6 g/L of hydrogen peroxide and 0.4-1.0 g/L of hydrogen peroxide stabilizer.
The refining penetrant mainly comprises fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether; the refining emulsifier mainly comprises polyoxyethylene nonyl phenol ether; the main component of the hydrogen peroxide stabilizer is sodium silicate.
The temperature of the acid neutralization (including before dyeing and after dyeing) is 50-70 ℃, and the time is 5-20 min.
The acid neutralization (including before dyeing and after dyeing) adopts an aqueous solution containing 0.5-0.7 g/L of acetic acid.
The time of the deoxidization treatment is 10 min-30 min.
The oxygen removal treatment adopts an aqueous solution containing 0.08-0.2 g/L of oxygen removal enzyme.
The main component of the oxygen removing enzyme is protein.
The temperature of the hot water washing is 50-60 ℃, and the time is 10-20 min.
The temperature of the soaping is 80-98 ℃, and the time is 10-20 min.
The soaping adopts an aqueous solution containing 0.2-2.0 g/L soaping agent.
The main component of the soaping agent is polycarboxylic acid.
The softening treatment temperature is 40-55 ℃ and the time is 15-30 min.
The softening treatment adopts an aqueous solution containing 0.25-0.5 g/L of acetic acid and 2-8 g/L of water-absorbing softening agent.
The main component of the water-absorbing softening agent is a macromolecular derivative.
The invention has the following positive effects: according to the invention, the tencel/cotton/chinlon/wool/spandex fabric is dyed only by adopting the reactive dye, and the dyeing difference of the reactive dye on chinlon and wool and the homochromatism difference of the tencel and the cotton are utilized, so that the gradient dyeing effect is achieved, and the gradient fabric obtained by dyeing provides a new development direction for the preparation of the gradient fabric.
Detailed Description
(example 1)
