Description

Gradually-layered fabric and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, and particularly relates to a gradual-layer fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, there are two main types of methods for preparing gradient fabrics [ also known as gradient fabrics ]:
(1) and preparing the gradual-layer fabric by adopting digital ink-jet printing or cold transfer printing.
The disadvantages of this type of process are: the production cost is high, the fabric is not friendly to the environment, particularly, only the front side has the gradual-layer effect, and the back side of the fabric is white, namely the single-side gradual-layer fabric.
(2) Gradually layered fibers are prepared first, and then gradually layered fabrics are prepared [ see chinese patent documents CN102076893A, CN201762486U ].
The disadvantages of this type of process are: the method is only suitable for chemical fibers, cannot obtain the gradual-layer fabric containing natural fibers, and cannot meet the requirements of brand customers on high-grade materials (containing wool, tencel and the like).
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a gradual-layer fabric which is low in production cost and environment-friendly and can meet the requirements of high-grade natural fibers and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: a gradually-layered fabric is prepared by dyeing tencel/cotton/chinlon/wool/spandex fabrics with reactive dyes.

The temperature of the refining treatment is 90-110 ℃, and the time is 25-65 min.
