根据本发明另外的有利的实施方式设置,压力件和压板一体地连接。因此,一个单元即构成了压力件也构成了压板。混合动力模块的该实施方式是特别紧凑的。然而备选地还能满足,压板在转子连接板上以边缘为中心地被引导。转子连接板通过压板的片簧构件总是轴向地对接合轴承施加压力。
根据本发明另外的有利的实施方式,混合动力模块具有连接在驱动系中电机之后的离合器装置,特别是双离合器。通常离合器装置能够被设计为单离合器或多离合器。
根据本发明优选的设计方案,离合器装置被设计为双离合器。双离合器的实心轴,即K1变速器输入轴被支承在由内燃机驱动的轴(混合动力模块的中间轴)中。
根据本发明有利的实施方式设置,转子构件通过至少一个连接装置或至少一种连接方式与起动离合器的配对板直接抗扭地连接或通过中间构件间接地抗扭地连接。
最后,有利的是,混合动力模块具有连接在驱动系中分离离合器之前的双质量飞轮。这种双质量飞轮用于补偿转动不均匀性。

具体实施方式
图1示出机动车辆的驱动系10的部分的剖视图。在驱动系10中,将电机12安置在(未示出的)内燃机和(同样未示出的)变速器之间。电机12用作驱动电机并且是混合动力模块14的一部分。该混合动力模块14具有下面的主要部分:(i)功能单元16,包括被设计为电机12的转子(电枢)的转子构件18、被安置在转子构件18内的分离离合器20以及离合器装置24的至少一个与转子构件18抗扭地连接的离合器部件22,(ii)壳体单元28,该壳体单元28部分地包住功能单元16和电机12的定子(支架)26,(iii)双质量飞轮30,该双质量飞轮30连接在驱动系10中分离离合器20之前,以及(iv)变速器的壳体件32,该壳体件32包住离合器装置24。离合器装置24被设计为双离合器34。因此,变速器被设计为双离合变速器,其中,仅示出两个变速器输入轴36,38。
由此得到下面的驱动系的路径:内燃机的从动轴40-双质量飞轮30-分离离合器20-被设计为内部电枢的电机12的转子构件18-分离离合器24-变速器输入轴36,38。在这种情况下,相应的轴36,38,40被放置在共同的轴线42上,该轴线42构成混合动力模块14的主轴线。
被设计为双离合器34的离合器装置24具有两个离合器44,46,该离合器44,46具有相应的压板、配对板、离合器盘和操作装置。
转子构件18在其内部具有用作中央轴承装置50的转子支承件48,整个功能单元16通过该转子支承件48能转动地支承在壳体单元28中。
分离离合器20能被液压式操作。分离离合器20具有压板52和配对板54,并且借助分离装置56通过压力连接装置58操作该分离离合器。分离装置56具有分离轴承60、中央分离器单元以及罐形的压力件64,其中,中央分离器单元具有用于将动力传递至分离轴承60的活塞62,压力件64用于将动力从分离轴承60传递到分离离合器20的压板52。借助压力件64的动力传递是一种无杠杆作用的动力传递。
混合动力模块具有以下功能:
中央分离器的活塞62作用在分离轴承60上,分离轴承60再次直接作用在与分离离合器20的压板52连接的压力件64上,而没有分离轴承60和离合离合器20之间的杠杆机构。
图2示出混合动力模块14的另外的实施方式。它基本对应于图1的混合动力模块14的实施方式,因此这里只探讨其不同之处。在该实施方式中,压力件64和压板52一体地连接,因此构成一体的单元66。
在结合了压力件64和压板52的功能的单元66的应用中,将压板52片簧式连接在分离轴承60的和中央分离器(活塞62)的径向外部的转子连接板上,以便由此减少必要的结构空间。
中央分离器的活塞62作用在分离轴承60上,分离轴承60再次直接作用在结合了压力件64和压板52的功能的单元66上,而没有在分离轴承60和离合离合器20之间的杠杆机构。
由于通过转子连接板内侧的轴向较短的通道,同时在接合轴承60的和CSC活塞62的径向外侧安置的片簧连接,使得上述结构空间被优化利用。
直接操作的分离离合器20的特征在于极小的操作滞后效应,这是由于没有杠杆操作而没有摩擦产生。较小的动力滞后效应使得能够通过CSC中的压力的直接调节在分离离合器20上进行扭矩调节。
由于使用具有尽可能倾斜的活塞62的短活塞-CSC,还能够补偿由于压板和配对板52,54的以及盘的压力件64的几何倾斜误差而出现的操作倾斜。若没有倾斜补偿,则能够导致与转速差相关的扭矩激励。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于机动车辆的驱动系(10)的混合动力模块(14),所述驱动系(10)包括电机(12)、内燃机和变速器,其中,所述混合动力模块(14)具有:
- 转子构件(18),通过所述电机(12)能驱动所述转子构件(18),
- 分离离合器(20),所述分离离合器(20)被安置在所述转子构件(18)内部并且具有压板(52),和
- 分离装置(56),所述分离装置(56)用于操作具有分离轴承(60)的所述分离离合器(20),
其特征在于,
所述分离装置(56)具有用于将动力从所述分离轴承(60)传递至所述分离离合器(20)的压板(52)的压力件(64);所述分离装置(56)具有中央分离器单元,所述中央分离器单元具有用于将动力传递到所述分离轴承(60)的活塞(62);所述活塞(62)和所述分离轴承(60)径向连接地安置;
从所述分离轴承(60)通过所述压力件(64)到所述压板(52)的动力传递是无杠杆作用的动力传递。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于,在所述活塞(62)上的导向长度小于平均活塞直径的0.4倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于,所述中央分离器单元是对中式分离副缸单元。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于,所述分离装置(56)和所述分离离合器(20)在轴向上被相继地安置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于,所述压板(52)通过至少一个片簧构件与所述转子构件(18)的转子连接板连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于,所述压力件(64)和所述压板(52)一体地连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于连接在所述驱动系中所述电机(12)之后的、具有至少一个离合器的离合器装置(24)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其特征在于,所述转子构件(18)通过至少一个连接件与起动离合器(24)的配对板直接地抗扭地连接或通过中间构件间接地抗扭地连接。
