Abstract

Description

中等尺寸的软容器
本发明涉及中等尺寸的软(柔性)容器。
EP 0 441720公开了一种袋子，它的角部由管形部件构成，而在管形部件之间伸展着单片材料。这种袋子的强度不高，制造也复杂。
EP 0552845A1公开了一种容器，它具有一个外壳和内套。外壳和内套沿8条纵向接缝彼此相连。这种容器同样存在着上述缺陷。
为此，本发明的目的是提供一种强度高、制造简单的中等尺寸的软容器。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供一种中等尺寸的软容器，它具有四个组成部件，这些组成部件沿纵向接缝彼此缝合，以形成具有四个侧壁的封闭结构，其特征是：
每个组成部件是管形的，而且每对邻接的组成部件构成所述容器的一个角；
在每对邻接的组成部件的内侧缝合有一个斜镶片，使该斜镶片跨过每个角。
底板镶片缝合在组成部件的在使用时形成的底边上。
容器可包括提带，每个提带形成环形，由提挎编织带构成，每个环形带的两个腿被缝在相邻的一对垂直边缘的中间。每个环形带的两腿基本上延伸至上述垂直边缘的整个长度，从而保证两腿固定在上述边缘中间。
下面参照附图利用例子说明本发明。
图1是按照本发明一个实施例的中等尺寸软容器的截面示意图；
图2是图1所示容器的三维图。
在图1和2中，参考编号50总的表示本发明一个实施例的容器。
容器50包括4个沿纵向接缝14彼此缝合的管形组件部件12。
容器50具有四个侧壁52，每个侧壁由一个管形组成部件12构成。因此可取的是，每个组成部件12的纵轴线垂直延伸，即垂直于底板镶片24。每个组成部件12基本上是平的，形成具有两层54的侧壁52，两层54的尺寸基本上相同。每个组成部件12具有顶部和底部开口端部，该开口端部沿缝合线56缝合，形成封闭的端部。
所有组成部件12基本上具有相同尺寸。因此容器的横截面为方形。
可取的是，每个管形组成部件12具有一内侧58、一外侧60和两上相对的纵向边缘62。底板镶片24沿缝合缝66缝在组成部件12两侧58、60的在使用时成为底部的底部边缘64上。
容器50还具有提带26，该带位于容器50的角16上。如前所述，提带26是4个由提挎编织带构成的环形带。每个环形带的腿28缝在容器50上。组成部件12沿其纵向边缘62被缝在一起，而纵向边缘62位于容器50的角16处。因此各个提带26的腿28被夹在纵向边缘62之间，并由缝合接缝固定。另外，腿28延伸至容器50的全长，从而可保证将腿28固定在边缘62的中间。

Claims (6)

1.一种中等尺寸的软容器(50)，它具有四个组成部件(12)，这些组成部件沿纵向接缝(14)彼此缝合，以形成具有四个侧壁的封闭结构，其特征是：
每个组成部件(12)是管形的，而且每对邻接的组成部件(12)构成所述容器的一个角(16)；
在每对邻接的组成部件的内侧缝合有一个斜镶片(68)，使该斜镶片跨过每个角(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器，其特征是，四个斜镶片中的每一个都包括一个管形件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的容器，其特征是，一个底板镶片(24)缝合到所述侧壁的底部边缘(64)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的容器，其特征是，所述容器还具有提带(26)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的容器，其特征是，每个所述提带是由提挎编织带构成的环带，每个环带的腿(28)缝合在相邻组合部件(12)的纵向边缘之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的容器，其特征是，每个环带的腿基本上在相应的纵向边缘的整个长度上延伸。
