Abstract

本发明系一种雷达天线用新型密封材料,它是以杜仲胶(或合成反式一聚异戊二烯)为主组份,与聚烯烃及弹性体共混,制成的薄膜,再用α-氰基丙烯酸酯粘合剂粘贴在缝隙波导天线的缝隙上,已实现充气密封。在机载合成孔径雷达的波导天线上的缝隙用它密封后,可实现飞机的全天候飞行。这在航天,航空技术领域是一项极重要的技术应用。

Description

机载雷达波导天线杜仲密封材料
本发明属于一种雷达天线用新型密封材料。它是以天然杜仲胶或合成反式-聚异戊二烯为主组份经共混制成的粘合型薄膜密封材料。
机载合成孔径雷达是一种具有高分辨成像能力的雷达。为了使飞机能实现全天候飞行,要求雷达的缝隙波导天线必须能密封充气,这不仅要求密封材料具备足够的强度,气密性及良好的粘接能力,同时还要求密封后电性能没有明显的影响,介电损耗要小。已有的低介电损耗材料,如聚四氟乙烯,聚乙烯等均难同时满足上述要求。因此,这在航天、航空技术领域内是一项极为必要但又难度很大的工作。
本发明在选择新型密封材料体系及其粘接技术上取得了突破性的进展。首次以天然杜仲胶或合成反式-聚异戊二烯为主组份制成了高性能粘合型薄膜密封材料。经测试介电损耗小于1.58dB,充气密封强度不低于1公斤/cm2。本发明系国际首创。
本发明的缝隙波导天线如图1所示。其中1-1为天线主体,1-2为缝隙,粘合型薄膜密封材料用粘合剂粘在缝隙1-2上,以实现密封充气。
薄膜密封材料配方为(以下单位均为重量份):杜仲胶(或反式聚异戊二烯)60~30份(最佳为60~40份),聚烯烃(聚乙烯,聚丙烯,聚苯乙烯或聚四氟乙烯)30~60份(最佳为30~50份),弹性体(天然橡胶,顺丁橡胶,丁苯橡胶,乙烯丙烯橡胶)10份,将上述配料在70~80℃的热辊筒上共混均匀后,再在70~80℃的压机上压成0.5-0.05mm厚的薄膜后,加工成所需尺寸的膜片。最后将适当尺寸的薄膜用α-氰基丙烯酸酯粘合剂粘贴在天线缝隙上,以实现充气密封。
实施例1薄膜密封材料配方:杜仲胶                60份
              聚四氟乙烯粉末        30份
              顺丁胶                10份将以上配方在70~80℃辊筒上共混,待均匀后,于压机上在70~80℃下压成小于0.5mm厚薄膜,再将其剪成一定大小尺寸(大于缝隙),然后用α-氰基丙烯酸酯粘合剂粘于天线的缝隙上。实施例2薄膜密封材料配方:合成反式聚异戊二烯     60份
              聚苯乙烯               30份
              天然橡胶               10份
将上述配方在70~80℃辊筒上共混,待均匀后,于压机上在70~80℃下压成小于0.5mm厚薄膜,再将其剪成一定大小尺寸(大于缝隙),然后用α-氰基丙烯酸酯粘合剂粘于天线的缝隙上。

Claims (5)

1.一种机载雷达波导天线杜仲胶密封材料,其特征在于,由主组分杜仲胶与选自聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚四氟乙烯、聚苯乙烯的聚烯烃,以及选自天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、乙烯丙烯橡胶、顺丁橡胶的弹性体组成的热压共混物,其中所说的杜仲胶的用量为60~30重量份,聚烯烃为30~60重量份,弹性体为10重量份。
2.如权利要求1中所述的机载雷达波导天线杜仲胶密封材料,其特征在于,杜仲胶为60~40重量份,聚烯烃中任一组份用量为30~50重量份,弹性体为10重量份。
3.如权利要求1中所述的机载雷达波导天线杜仲胶密封材料,其特征在于杜仲胶为60重量份,聚四氟乙烯粉末为30重量份,顺丁橡胶10重量份。
4.如权利要求1中所述的机载雷达波导天线杜仲胶密封材料的制备方法,其特征在于,取杜仲胶60~30重量份,聚烯烃30~60重量份,弹性体重量为10重量份,将这些组份在辊筒上加热到70~80℃共混均匀,再在70~80℃的压膜机内压制成0.5~0.05mm厚的薄膜。
5.如权利要求4中所述的机载雷达波导天线杜仲胶密封材料的制备方法,其特征在于:取杜仲胶60重量份,聚四氟乙烯粉末30重量份,及顺丁橡胶10重量份,在7C~80℃辊筒上共混均匀,再在压膜机上于70~80℃压制成0.5~0.05mm厚的薄膜。
