The second most common type of cancer that kills women is breast cancer. The greatest tool for early breast cancer screening is mammography, which can spot tiny tumours up to two years before they become noticeable by physical examination. To spot early indications of malignant growth, X-ray images of the breast must be carefully studied. During the process of image processing and interpretation, radiographic pictures are typically segmented or partitioned into parts of similar texture. Segmentation is incredibly difficult in mammographic pictures because of the relative lack of structure definition and the implied transition from one texture to another. Since it is unknown how many different regions there are in the image, the task of examining various texture sections might be seen as an exploratory report. In this study, a segmentation technique based on SOM is presented.

The most prevalent type of cancer in women worldwide is uterine cervical cancer. The majority of cervical cancer (CC) cases can be avoided by participating in screening programmes that look for precancerous lesions. Colposcopic cervigrams or images from digital colposcopy have been acquired in raw form. This study presents a novel framework that combines image enhancement, pre-processing, and image segmentation to identify cervical cancer. Three phases make up this framework: the Dual Tree Discrete Wavelet Transform (DTDWT) for pre-processing, the Curvelet transform and Contour Transform (CC) for image improvement, and the K-means clustering for segmentation.

In 2019 Corona Virus stared to spread from China to all over the world. Several steps including closure of educational institutions were taken to cease the spread of virus. The conventional teaching and learning modes were replaced with online teaching and evaluation methods. But several attitude and behaviour issues of students were reported in schools and colleges reopened after lockdown. This causes some psychological issues to the faculties. This paper examines the causes of such psychological issues and level of stress to the faculties due to the issues in reopening of classes after COVID pandemic. A cross sectional study was conducted among 175 college faculties in Erode District and the collected data was analysed with the support of Chi-Square and Rank analysis techniques. The research results found that issues related to the behaviour of the students are the prominent stressors to the teachers than their academic burden. The researcher suggest that, the students are not mentally ready to come back to the regular college after pandemic sufferings which may cause some changes in their behaviour. Hence it is suggested to provide psychological counselling to the students which may help them to come over from the aftermath of COVID pandemic.

I-Introduction: Economic, social, cultural and security models have not changed in shorter periods of time. Everything that was valid and applicable yesterday has become old, ranging from theories, practices and management techniques and ends with lessons learned and new methods of organizational realities. Knowledge is the human entity; its purpose is to develop, retain, publish, translate, and increase the characters themselves. The methods of the gate of knowledge are the five senses; with these inputs by the organs of the senses, the senses are well understood and saved in the mind of the individual. Knowledge is a self-generated energy that develops well and is propagated in the human mind towards a new branch of knowledge. Once it was considered that knowledge is the sole property of discipline philosophy. When knowledge is treated and treated by humans as a whole, it has been divided repeatedly and knowledge has gained a special recognition as a specialized knowledge. Tacit knowledge can only be acquired through practical experience in the relevant field and context. Clear knowledge can be acquired and generated through logical reasoning and gained through practical experience in the relevant context. Human beings are social animals and the knowledge they create is transmitted through the social interactions of people. This transfer can be defined as a "knowledge dissemination" that allows ideas to be communicated. In the old days the knowledge management was verbal. It was then developed to use symbols and numbers to give ideas an infrastructure; stone sculptures were considered as non-perishable ways of storing knowledge also in the walls of some caves and temples. The dominant goal of knowledge management is to manage, share, and create relevant knowledge assets that will assist and meet the tactical and strategic requirements of organizations. Recognizes that organizations are complex systems consisting of individuals, processes, procedures and information systems that guide relevant actions. Senior FAO officials meet and decide on basic knowledge assets, knowledge strategy, and infrastructure to support this. This helps identify, capture, share, and retain knowledge and if it can be reused. Human resource managers are analytical; they use methods and skills to assess the work done by the knowledge worker. They serve as a staff counselor and thus help them to improve their skills and abilities. Roles of the human resources function How the human resources function is affected by the growing importance of knowledge capital and why human resources managers should be concerned with it. Knowledge capital cultivation requires concerted action in all areas of the human resources function simultaneously. Since HRD is a process in which staff are continuously assisted in a planned way to acquire or sharpen abilities, they need to perform a variety of functions related to their current or future roles. Also by developing their public abilities, discovering their own inner potential and exploiting them fully for their own development and organization. It then leads to the development of an organizational culture where the relationship between superior subordinates and teamwork and cooperation among different sub-units becomes strong and contributes to organizational health, dynamism and employee pride.

A discussion about a review on Employees’ Emotions in workplace has received relatively little attention from organizational behaviour researchers. The first of the themes to be addressed concerns the relationship between emotion and rationality. There has been a longstanding bifurcation between the two with emotions labelled in pejorative terms and devalued in matters concerning the workplace. The next theme to be explored centres around the theoretical grounding of emotion. Emotion is often described either in psychological terms as an individualized, intrapersonal response to some stimulus, or, by contrast, a socially constituted phenomenon, depending upon the disciplinary perspective one adopts. This body of research has examined how organizations, as powerful culture eating institutions, have applied normative expectations and established boundaries for the acceptable expression of emotion among employees through tactics such as applicant screening and selection measures, employee training, off-the-job socialization opportunities, organizational rewards, and the creation of rituals, ideologies, and other symbols for indoctrinating the newly hired into the culture of the organization.

Background: In today"s scenario, the employers are much keen about their employee"s retention as the cost of training and orientation is higher than the recruitment cost. For that they are trying create a kind of emotional bondage with the company and the former is possible only through creating Job Satisfaction, Job Involvement and Organizational Commitment (Gopinath, 2020 a). These three factors are mutually dependent and one cannot be attained without the other, so the recent researches are much focused on these factor and they are looking for a common factor which may influence all the three factors. Self Actualization refers an individual"s intention to attain his potential.
