B. Analysis

The teacher will discuss the subtraction of 2-


digit by 1-digit numbers without regrouping
Okay look at this problem.

Subtraction is the taking away of numbers to


solve and get the remaining numbers in the set.

To subtract this 2-digit number from 1-digit
number we need to first subtract the first
number in the problem.

We need first subtract the 5-2= 3 then bring


down the last number which is 2 therefore the
answer 23.
