Contents of the complaint / statement of the complainant or informant : Occurred on 30-1-2023 at 9.15 hrs on burial ground Ramakrishnapuram Kotapadu village, Rangampeta Mandal and reported on 30-1-2023 at 11.00 hrs in which the complainant Vakapalli Dora Babu,VRO Kotapadu reported that some religious disputes arose in between the SC and other community regarding installation of Lord Siva statue in the Hindu¿s burial ground in RS no.180 situated at Kotapadu village and on 30-01-2023 at 9.15 hrs the accused 1. Sarugolu Naresh,2.Sarugolu Chandrashekarao, 3.Gonipati Chittibabu,4.Gonipati Prasad,5.Eleti Vamsidhar,6. Kanabathula Sai,7.Ithi Murali Krishna and some others gathered as unlawful assembly with common intention by violating the Proclamation order issued by the Public authority, wrongfully restrained the loaded Lorry of Lord Siva statue and promoting enmity between two groups on grounds of religion by their act.
