IN THE COURT OF HON’BLE II CLASS EXECUTIVE MAGISTRATE CUM M.R.O AT BALAPUR MANDAL, RANGA REDDY DISTRICT
HONOURED SIR Today i.e., on 06.12.2024 at 18:00 hours received a complaint from Sri. Gunti Dinesh S/o Prabhakar, Age 20 years, Occ: Student, Caste:
Padmashali, R/o H.No. 6-226, Near Bharata Matha Statue, Sriram Colony, Jalpally village, Balapur Mandal, R.R. District # 7569584960. Which reads as follows.
The brief facts of the case are that, for the past 20 years the complainant’s father Gunti Prabhakar S/o Bikshapathi, Age 41 years has been doing welding business
(Own shop) at Sriram Colony, Jalpally. Since, 3 months his father suffering with “Chicken Gunya”, in this regard he taking treatment at Asha Hospital, Banjara
Hills. On 06.12.2024 at about 14:30 hours the complainant went to his house and knocked the door but did not open due to which he pushed the door forcibly and
found that his father committed suicide by hanging with orange colour sari to the iron rod of rooftop of the house. In this incident there is no foul play suspected
behind the death of the deceased. Complainant suspecting that his father may committed suicide because of unbearable pains with Chicken Gunya. Hence, the
complainant requested to take necessary action. Hence the FIR. Received on 06.12.2024 at 18:00 hours As per the Contents of the above complaint, I have
registered a case in Cr. No: 639/2024 U/s 194 BNSS and investigation entrusted to Sri. M. Ramana Reddy, HC 3079. Sd/- (D. Srinu) Sub-Inspector of Police, PS
Pahadishareef, R.C.K.
