Contents of the complaint / statement of the complainant or informant : Occurred on prior to 16-07-2017 at West Ibrahimpatnam, and reported on 11.08.2017 at 15.00 hours which in the complainant Valamala Puja, D/o Babu Rao, 21 years, C/- Mala, Kammaviripalem (V), Nandigama (M), Krishna District now at West Ibrahimpatnam reported that the complainant residing at the time of her brother house one Nagulmeera neighbour of brother’s house made friendship with her and fell in the love with him. The accused made sexual intercourse with her against her will in 4 time on the pretext of marry her. When the complainant asked about marriage, he denied to marry her
