IN THE COURT OF THE HONOURABLE FIRST ADDL CHIEF METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATE AT HYDERABAD Honoured sir, The brief facts of the
case are that on 29-06-2024 at 15:00 hrs received a complaint from Sri. Mohammed Ibrahim S/o. Abdul Rasheed, Age: 40 Years, Occ: Auto Driver, Caste:
Muslim, R/o:H.No.10-5-391/54/317, Sayeed Nagar, Banjara hills, Road No.12, Hyderabad Ph No. 9246201075. In which he stated that on 11/06/2024 Morning
at around 7:00 hours he went Gunfoundry to purchase Glocery Iteams. While he was returning to his home in Banjarahills from Gunfoundry on his two wheeler
AP09CE0226 (Active-2006) meantime when he reached near LB Stadium Opp AR Petrol pump at around 7:30 hrs at that time one two wheeler TS08HM6718
suddenly came from wrong route in rash and negligent manner and hit his vehicle from front side due to that he fell down on road and received injury on his right
hand and also got minor injuries. Later he informed this to his brother Mohammed Ismail, Phone-7726913668 on phone who was shifted him to Bone Setting
Clinic, Mangalghat, Hyderabad. After the treatment Today on 29/06/2024 he came to Saifabad police station to lodge the complaint. Hence he requests the kind
