12. Contents of the complaint / statement of the complainant or informant : IN THE COURT OF HON’BLE XIII ADDL. METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATE, C Y B E R A B A D A T R A J E N D R A N A G A R Honoured Sir, Today i.e. on 25.07.2022 at 16:30 hours received a complaint from Sri Mohsin Mohammed, S/o. Md. Yaseen age 45 years, Occupation- Service, residing at following address – Flat # 101, Venkat Plaza MIGH 163/B, SR Nagar, Hyderabad, 9908377199 in which reads as under follows. The brief facts of the case are that Mr Gumma Veera Pratap Reddy candidate who was seeking employment with Cotiviti India Pvt Limited for the position of Software Engineer / DB Testing. The complainant arranged his virtual discussions. After the initial screening technical discussions were scheduled on 13th July 2022, and 14th July 2022, respectively and based on his selection an offer letter was generated on 19th July 2022, and he was scheduled to join the company on 25th July 2022. On the day of Joining the complainant validated the pictures per their records and the individual who reported. During this process, the complainant observed that somebody else reported joining as compared with photographs who gave interviews. When the asked Gumma Veera Pratap Reddy, he said that he is not the person who gave the interview, and it was someone by the name of Mr Avula Siva Mohan Reddy who represented him in all the interviews
3 and arranged all the documents like bank statements, Service letters for his joining with Cotiviti India Pvt Limited. Gumma Veera Pratap Reddy also told that once the offer letter was sent to him it was Siva Mohan Reddy who asked him to sign the digital copy of the offer and submit it to Cotiviti India Pvt Limited. Gumma Veera Pratap Reddy told them today that in the past he worked with EMIDS & VALUE LABS Hyderabad all the interviews were attended by Avula Siva Mohan Reddy and he joined those companies. Thus, the complainant requested to take the necessary action as per law. Hence the FIR
