–Kasba , Paragana Haveli Tah.-Sadar Distt.-Gorakhpur.
2. Meva Lal s/o Magan executed registered sale 25.07.1986 executed by
Meva Lal s/o Magan in favour of Smt. Usha Pathak w/o Raj Kishore
Pathak in respect of Aaraji no. 357 area 24.5 dismil which is registered in
the office of sub registrar Gorakhpur at Bahi no. 1 Jild no. 2764 page no.
325 to 327, serial no. 8623 on 01.10.1986.The name of Smt. Usha Pathak
w/o Raj Kishore Pathak recorded in khatauni
3. Thus I am of the view that Smt. Usha Pathak w/o Raj Kishore Pathak is
owner of aforesaid property. Vendee is major so no minor interest is
involved in the property. The chain of title is complete.
4. Now, Smt. Usha Pathak w/o Raj Kishore Pathak has agreed for selling
of said property as detailed above, and accordingly executed
AGREEMENT TO SALE dated -13.05.2019 in favour of Smt. Ekta
Dwevedi w/o Shyam Sunder Dwevedi

subject property is free from all kind of encumbrances, lien, charges, mortgages, etc.
and Smt. Ekta Dwevedi w/o Shyam Sunder Dwevedi shall get valid, absolute, clear
and marketable title to the said shop/property after execution and registration of Sale
Deed in their favor and thereafter can create a valid mortgage in favour of PNBHFL.
The said Property/mortgage can be enforced (if required) under the provisions of The
Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities
Act, 2002 and amendments thereto (“SARFAESI”) by PNBHFL.
