DEED OF PARTITION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This Deed of Partition executed by and between:
DAMIAN and ISO, all of legal ages, Filipinos and residents of Cavite, hereinafter
referred to as the “FIRST PARTY/s”;
and –
UNI PRIME HOLDINGS INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under and by
virtue of the Philippine laws, with principal office at Parañaque City, represented by its
President, ALTO, hereinafter as the “SECOND PARTY”;
WITNESSETH: That-

1. That the FIRST PARTY/s are the heirs of the late MARTINEZ and MARTINEZ
who are registered owners of parcel of land with no improvement containing an
area of NINETEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY ONE (19,741)
SQUARE METERS covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. EP-
1027/Emancipation Patent No. 695761, described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2608-A-39-B of the subdivision plan, Psd-04-029217


(OLT), being a portion of Lot 2608-A-39 (LRC), Psd-156962, LRC Record No.
), situated in the Brgy. Of San Francisco, Municipality of Gen. Trias,
Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon.xxxCONTAINING AN AREA OF
NINETEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-ONE (19,741) SQUARE
METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are
marked on the ground by: P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cm., bearing true; date of the
original survey on June 1905-April 1908 and that of the subd. survey on April 22-
May 8, 1987 executed by Engineer Alejandro D. Mañganaan and was approved on
August 22, 1988.

2. That the SECOND PARTY is the owner of a PORTION OF LOT consisting an


area of ELEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO (11,972)
square meters with Lot no. 2608-A-39-B-3;

3. That the FIRST PARTY is the owner of a PORTION OF LOT consisting an area
of SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY NINE (7,769) square
meters consisting of Lot – 2608-A-39-B-1; Lot 2608-A-39-B-2; Lot 2608-A-39-B-4;
and Lot 2608-A-39-B-5;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereby set their hands this
