LEASE AGREEMENT
This Lease Agreement entered on the Sunday, July 03,
2016 Between:
MR SURAJ PAL, S/O LATE SHRI. PRITHI SINGH, R/O D-68,
HARIJAN BASTI, MASOODPUR, VASANT KUNJ, NEW DELHI110070, which expression shall mean and include his/her
administrators, legal representatives assignee) as one
part, the Land Lord.
AND
MR. ROHIT RATHI S/O SHRI BALRAJ SINGH RATHI, R/O C3/3152, VASANT KUNJ, NEW DELHI 110070, (Hereinafter
called the Lessee), which expression shall mean and
include his heirs and successors administrators, legal
representatives assignee), as one the Tenant.
Whereas the Lessor is the owner of property bearing
FLAT NO. D15/1, ROOM NO. 1, HARIJAN BASTI, OPP. B-9,
GATE NO. 1, VASANT KUNJ, NEW DELHI-110070, has agreed
to let out to the Lessee on the following terms and
conditions:NOW THIS LEASE AGREEMENT WITNESSES AS UNDER:1.
That the Lessee shall pay monthly rent a sum of
Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) per
month as rent to Lessor, payable by the lessee
always in advance, on 7th day of each English
Calendar Month.
2.
That the lessee is fixed for a period of 11 Months
commencing from 01.07.2016 On expiry of the Lease
the LESSEE will ensure peaceful and vacant
possession to the LESSOR without any damage of the
premises and fitments and may extend the lease by
mutual consent.
3.
That the Lessee shall not sublet, assign or
otherwise part with the possession of the premises
or any part thereof without the prior written
consent of the Lessor.
4.
That the Lessee shall use the said leased premises
for Residential Purpose only.
5.
That the lessee has paid an amount of Rs. 20,000/(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) as a security
deposit
which
is
refundable/adjustable
if
applicable without interest after the expiry of
Rent Agreement.
6.
That this lease agreement can be terminated by
either party by giving one months prior notice to
the other party.
7.
That the Lessee shall not carryout any structural
alterations or additions to the building, layout
and fittings & fixtures without the written
consent of the Lessor.
8.
That the Electricity Charges will be paid @ Rs.
8/- per unit & Water Charges will be included.
9.
Minor
repairs
of
the
Taps,
Sanitary
and
Electricity fitting will be borne by the Lessee.
10.
That the Lessee has agreed to handover vacant
peaceful possession to the Lessor including
furniture fixture and fittings on expiry of this
Lease in the same condition in which he took it at
the time of the commencement of the lease.
11.
That the lease can be terminated even before the
expiry of the leased period, giving one month
written notice by the First party to the second
party.
12.
That the expiry of the lease, the Lessee shall
hand over the peaceful possession of the premises
to the Lessor.
13.
That rent shall be increased by 10%
existing rent after expiry of 11th Months.
14.
That the Tenant shall abide by all the rules and
regulations of DDA, MCD, BSES, DJB, Delhi Police,
Delhi Administration or any other authority etc.
15.
That the both parties follow the Direction of the
Honble Supreme Court/MCD/DDA and other concerned
authorities.
16.
That the Lessee deed is in lock-in period of
minimum one year. If the Lessee terminates this
deed is between all his furniture & Electrical
will be forfeited by the Lessor.
17.
That the tenant shall not use or deal with the
premises in all manners contrary to any conditions
imposed by any local authority.

That Lassor shall not be responsible for any
Challan by DDA, MCD, BSES, DJB, Delhi Police or
any Accident or any Court Case and other consent
authority from the date of Lease Agreement.

expression shall mean and include his/her administrators,
legal representatives assignee) as one part, the Land Lord.
AND
MR. SHAFIQUE S/O MR. ASAD ALI R/O 51-A/14, MOHALLA GARHI
EAST OF KAILASH, NEW DELHI-110065, (Hereinafter called the
Lessee), which expression shall mean and include his heirs
and
successors
administrators,
legal
representatives
assignee), as one the Tenant.
Whereas the Lessor is the owner of property bearing 7/205,
TOP FLOOR, BACK PORTION, DDA FLATS, 4 STORY, GARHI, EAST OF
KAILASH, NEW DELHI-110065, has agreed to let out to the
Lessee on the following terms and conditions:NOW THIS LEASE AGREEMENT WITNESSES AS UNDER:1.
That the Lessee shall pay monthly rent a sum of
Rs. 8,500/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Five Hundred Only) per
month as rent to Lessor, payable by the lessee always in
advance, on 7th day of each English Calendar Month.
2.
That the lessee is fixed for a period of 11 Months
commencing from 01.03.2016 to 28.02.2017 On expiry of the
Lease the LESSEE will ensure peaceful and vacant
possession to the LESSOR without any damage of the
premises and fitments and may extend the lease by mutual
consent.
3.
That the Lessee shall not sublet, assign or otherwise
part with the possession of the premises or any part
thereof without the prior written consent of the Lessor.
4.
That the Lessee shall use the said leased premises for
Residential Purpose only.
5.
That the lessee has paid an amount of Rs. 6,500/(Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred Only id property which
is refundable/adjustable if applicable without interest
after the expiry of Rent Agreement.
6.
That this lease agreement can be terminated by either
party by giving one months prior notice to the other
party.
7.
That the Lessee shall not carryout any structural
alterations or additions to the building, layout and
fittings & fixtures without the written consent of the
Lessor.
8.
That the Electricity Charges bill paid by as per meter
reading & water charges will be paid @ 30% by the
tenant.
9.

fittings on expiry of this Lease in the same condition
