The aim of this study is to the identify the views of workers in the private sector in
the Sultanate of Oman on the skills in the leadership of the Working Group, with
determining whether there are differences come statistical significance between arithmetic
averages to keep the view of the workers on the skill of its Director in the leadership of the
Working Group, the extent to which enable the Director of the leadership of workers in the
institution through its work experience, study scientific.
In achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher analyzed the relevant literature
review and developed a 59 item questionnaire ,classified according to dimensions:
Steps to take the decision in the Labour leadership, the characteristics of information the
decision-making process in the leadership of the Working Group, the difficulties facing
decision maker in the course of the decision-making process in the leadership of the
Working Group, systems to support the decisions and activating used in the leadership of
the Working Group, the actors in the decision-making process in the leadership of the
Working Group, the actors in the decision-making process in the leadership of the
Working Group, the resolution to the leadership of the Action Team.
The sample of the study consisted (100) individuals , in the private sector in the Sultanate
of Oman in the governorate of Muscat. To answer questions of study, the researcher used
means , SDKs , Rank and T-test.
The main findings of field study as follows;
1. In the Sultanate of Oman has come center-sponsored the resolution to lead the

team in first place, and for the quality and the ability of managers at providing

decision support, followed by the axis moves decision-making in business


leadership, and the subsequent focus of sources of information, decision-making

No statistically significant differences attributable to the qualified responses of the

sample.

In the light of literature review and the findings of the field study ,several
recommendations are being suggested such as , most important of intensive courses for
managers in the private sector on how to solve problems and take advantage of the time
and the experience of the subordinates and suggest appropriate solutions to decisionmaking and courses in Altnlogia and the provision of house experience in the private
sector, as well as to conduct Studies about how to take advantage of team work, taking
into account other variables
