Unlike traditional mass media, peer interaction between individuals is of critical importance in the dissemination mechanisms for social media. There is emerging interest in the possible novel application of social media in disseminating public health information or messages. In this paper, we analyze tweet and re-tweet behaviour in the context of Australian public health-related micro-blog posts to provide preliminary insights into the characteristics of widely disseminated tweets (including characteristics of re-tweeting accounts). In this way we also consider the nature and role of human computer-mediated interactions in affecting the level of dissemination of Twitter-based public health messages.

Transmedia storytelling presents an integral structure relies on both today’s technological, sociological, economical qualifications which formulated through convergence, and also extensions between media and industries. The opportunities of story universe expansion are increased with qualities such as cross-media transitivity, narrative gaps, serialisation, looking from perspectives of different characters and
consumers are offered active/passive experience, identification and participation opportunities at different levels through various media.

The series that started first with Shrek, a feature-length animated film that came to the theatres in 2001, has expanded in 15 years to a broad area with over 200 narrative units such as short films, cartoons, comic book series, videos, consoles, mobile games, musical stage shows, theme parks and auxiliary entertainment units and YouTube series.
The expansion of Shrek series was not limited to this and it reached out to social media and user-generated content platforms and interaction with brands. Machine Reading Comprehension (MRC), particularly extractive close-domain question-answering, is a
prominent field in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Given a question and a passage or set of passages,
a machine must be able to extract the appropriate answer from the passage(s). However, the majority of
these existing questions have only one answer, and more substantial testing on questions with multiple
answers, or multi-span questions, has not yet been applied. Thus, we introduce a newly compiled dataset
consisting of questions with multiple answers that originate from previously existing datasets. In addition,
we run BERT-based models pre-trained for question-answering on our constructed dataset to evaluate
their reading comprehension abilities. Runtime of base models on the entire dataset is approximately one
day while the runtime for all models on a third of the dataset is a little over two days. Among the three of
BERT-based models we ran, RoBERTa exhibits the highest consistent performance, regardless of size. We
find that all our models perform similarly on this new, multi-span dataset compared to the single-span
source datasets. While the models tested on the source datasets were slightly fine-tuned in order to return
multiple answers, performance is similar enough to judge that task formulation does not drastically affect
question-answering abilities. Our evaluations indicate that these models are indeed capable of adjusting to
answer questions that require multiple answers. We hope that our findings will assist future development in
question-answering and improve existing question-answering products and methods.

Ontologies are a very important element for applications. They are used in many areas such as management information systems, e-commerce applications. Ontologies also play a major role in the new technology called Web 3.0, which computers and systems in addition to humans can read and understand. New ontology-based applications and information architectures are being developed for this new Web. In this study; web 1.0, web 2.0 and web 3.0, which is also called semantic web, are examined and summarized. Information is provided about ontology, one of the building blocks of the semantic web, which is necessary to incorporate machines into the web. Besides, hospital appointment ontology which is an ontology developed in the light of this information is presented.

We present a query formulation language (called MashQL) in order to easily query and fuse structured data on the web. The main novelty of MashQL is that it allows people with limited IT skills to explore and query one (or multiple) data sources without prior knowledge about the schema, structure, vocabulary, or any technical details of these sources. More importantly, to be robust and cover most cases in practice, we do not assume that a data source should have-an offline or inline-schema.

The advent of technology has yielded an escalating demand for managing data, information and knowledge effectively. Apparently, the current websites represent the biggest global database that lacks the existence of a proper semantic structure. Therefore, it makes it difficult for the machine to understand the information provided by the users. Unfortunately, this shortcoming is inherited in many universities websites. Indeed, some of these websites place the information incorrectly, untidy, and incomplete, which leads to a delay in ranking the University. The aim of this paper is to design a framework for establishing a Semantic Web in a University Website. This can be accomplished by organizing the information in conceptual spaces according to its meaning by using Semantic Web and Ontology. The main objective of applying the concept of the Semantic Web is to enhance the ranking of the university.

The World Wide Web was created as a free and open platform for users to share information with one another. This changed over time as data evolved to become a valuable asset class. This resulted in new business models, with companies capturing user-generated content for monetization purposes. At best, this information is sold to marketers and advertisers to make data-driven decisions about how to sell their products. In recent years, however, this data, along with data collected from attacks on centralized authorities, has been increasingly misused for other purposes, such as voter manipulation.

With the advents in blockchain technology, Web 2.0 is starting to transition towards a more open and transparent model - Web 3.0. Before we explore what that means, we will first identify what defined the previous versions of the Web and what brought the ongoing changes. We will then define what the new Web 3.0 stack could looks like, and explore a series of use cases from a decentralized browser to distributed storage solutions.  Lastly, we will explore how this undergoing transition towards Web 3.0 could change the way we interact with the web. This article examines five common misunderstandings about case-study research: (a) theoretical knowledge is more valuable than practical knowledge; (b) one cannot generalize from a single case, therefore, the single-case study cannot contribute to scientific development; (c) the case study is most useful for generating hypotheses, whereas other methods are more suitable for hypotheses testing and theory building; (d) the case study contains a bias toward verification; and (e) it is often difficult to summarize specific case studies. This article explains and corrects these misunderstandings one by one and concludes with the Kuhnian insight that a scientific discipline without a large number of thoroughly executed case studies is a discipline without systematic production of exemplars, and a discipline without exemplars is an ineffective one. Social science may be strengthened by the execution of a greater number of good case studies.

This paper outlines a software development project written in HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery.  Developing code for the Internet requires extensive development time and testing.  Working directly on an existing website can interrupt or slow server response time for clients or other users.  The Planet Stew CodePlayer allows a developer to work in an offline development environment to create code in HTML with CSS and Javascript in separate windows.  When a user wants to test their application development they can click the ‘run’ button and the results of their combined code; HTML, CSS and Javascript code are combined together in the ‘Result’ window.  A user can toggle between all 4 windows of the code player or view all 4 windows at once.  Toggle buttons along the top of the menu bar allow a user to choose which windows they want to work with at any given time.  Each windows represents a difference development file.  There is a window for HTML code, a window for CSS code and a window for Javascript code.  Although this application can be uploaded and run from a website, it is recommended that this is utilized in an offline environment since the ability to use it to edit Javascript could put file security at risk on a live website.  You can however, disable the Javascript and use the other functions without risk.  When the application is working as intended then the code can be copied into separate documents and instantiated on a web server.

The World Wide Web as the largest information construct has had much progress since its advent. This paper provides a background of the evolution of the web from web 1.0 to web 4.0. Web 1.0 as a web of information connections, Web 2.0 as a web of people connections, Web 3.0 as a web of knowledge

In accordance with the results obtained, a comparison of the Web technologies has been conducted. According of the results, Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 technologies are used predominantly today, while Web 4.0 and Web 5.0 are technologies that will be encountered in the coming years. Educational materials have also changed due to improvements in web technologies. Phronetic organizational research is an approach to the study of management and organizations focusing on ethics and power. It is based on a contemporary interpretation of the Aristotelian concept phronesis, usually as ‘prudence’. Phronesis is the ability to think and act in relation to values, to deliberate about ‘things that are good or bad for humans’ in the words of Aristotle (1976:1140a24–b12). Phronetic organizational research effectively provides answers to the following four value-rational questions, for specific problematics in management and organization studies: 1. Where are we going with this specific management problematic? 2. Who gains and who loses, and by which mechanisms of power? 3. Is this development desirable? 4. What, if anything, should we do about it?

The preservation of complex materials and associated environments presents the Digital Preservation (DP) community in general and the JISC community in particular with considerable intellectual and logistical challenges. While many of the techniques that have been developed within the context of migration-based DP approaches are of continuing value, others cannot be applied so well given the extra complexity presented by, for example, interactive videogames. Recent work undertaken in the Planets and KEEP projects has shown that the problems involved in preserving such materials and
their associated environments, while substantial, are by no means intractable, but in order to continue to make progress in this area it is important to engage and energize the wider
DP community.

A vital aspect of this process comprises articulating the state of the art in
1. Simulations and Visualisations;
2. Software Based Art
3. Gaming Environments and Virtual Worlds.

This encompasses exploring with international experts the research results achieved so far across each of these domains; presenting coherent pathfinder solutions; and clearly signposting areas where work remains to be done. A further step is
to synthesize key findings across all three areas and emphasize synergies that can be built upon, and to disseminate these to the various stakeholder communities.

Without a proper mechanism to track and authenticate drugs, both stakeholder and consumer experience dilemmas. The dilemmas arise between stakeholders and consumers are related to of coordination, inventory management, human resource dependency, order management, stock management, expiry of medicines data etc. Stakeholders are unable to analyse the demands, hence becoming incapable of optimizing their production and storage. Likewise, a consumer remains suspicious about the authenticity of the drug. A medical supply chain promotes updating medicine status at each checkpoint, reducing the disputes caused by medicine ' s unseen journey. In the current market, medical supply chains are present, but they are centralized. A centralized medical supply chain is typically tedious and expensive to maintain and does not provide adequate features to analyse markets. Above all, it brands merely a certificate to prove the authenticity of a drug. However, by using a blockchain platform, the medical supply chain problems can be solved efficiently. This blockchain-based medical supply chain's key feature is to system stores all the medicine batch ' s transfer history. First, a pharmaceutical company is permitted to register a medicine. After the manufacturing of a registered medicine, a batch-manager uploads its details on the platform ' s network. Hereafter, any further exchange of this batch needs both sender and receiver ' s approval. Only after the successful completion of this procedure, an exchange occurs. A corresponding exchange transaction is permanently stored on the network. This sequence shapes the system to follow a systematic order and eliminates the possibility of a third-person fraud. Lastly, we made a DApp (Decentralized Application) for the tracking of the medical supply chain. A medical supply chain built on the blockchain provides immutability, transparency, automation, and integrity. This paper aims to introduce a model to maintain medical supply chain records on the blockchain while explaining blockchain technology. Moreover, the blockchain platforms and their dependencies are explained lucidly. The medical supply chain's implementation and design are performed using smart contracts, Web3.js library, and JavaScript. Furthermore, the system is tested on both a local network, the Truffle suite, and the Kovan test network. In the future, the use of IoT inculcating integrated chip that can automatically update a batch's location, temperature, and other physical conditions periodically can be developed.

This document is intended to provide an overview of the potential application of internet-connected sensor devices and a blockchain-based alternative ownership model in the context of a rural agricultural community. The proposal builds upon the existing business model known as Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA), which aims to create mutually beneficial relationships between farmers and local communities by involving CSA members/subscribers in the production and decision-making processes.The FarmShare application serves as a platform for facilitating collaboration between farmers and shareholders, which has generally proved difficult for CSA organizations relying on traditional modes of planning and communication.

The Aalborg Project may be interpreted as a metaphor of modern politics, modern administration and planning, and of modernity itself. The basic idea of the project was comprehensive, coherent, and innovative, and it was based on rational and democratic argument. During implementation, however, when idea met reality, the play of Machiavellian princes, Nietzschean will to power, and Foucauldian rationality-as-rationalization resulted in the fragmentation of the project.

At the same time that case studies are widely used and have produced canonical texts, it may be observed that the case study as a methodology is generally held in low regard, or is simply ignored, within the academy. For example, only 2 of the 30 top-ranked U.S. graduate programs in political science require a dedicated graduate course in case study or qualitative methods, and a full third of these programs do not even offer such a course. In contrast, all of the top 30 programs offer courses in quantitative methods and almost all of them require training in such methods, often several courses. In identifying this paradox of the case study’s wide use and low regard, Gerring rightly remarks that the case study survives in a “curious methodological limbo,” and that the reason is that the method is poorly understood. In what follows, we will try to resolve Gerring’s paradox and help case study research gain wider use and acceptance.

Now that 'cyberspace' has been conquered and with 'Web 2.0' in our rearview mirror, the 'metaverse' is currently being rapidly adopted by the consultant class and industry professionals as the next big thing. Once again the future of the Internet is captured in a buzzword that is equally revered and critiqued as it is misunderstood (van Dijck & Nieborg, 2009). Because of the large capital reserves of investors and big tech companies, there is a widespread sense of urgency not to miss the boat. Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard and Facebook's rebranding to Meta show that platform companies are deeply committed and the stakes are increasing.

The rapid development of internet technology has led to the digitization of daily practices of real-life day by day. The digitization of socialization has gained momentum, especially after Web 2.0, which is called the second generation internet. Both individual and social life have undergone transformations in the past with the invention of mass media such as the printing press and television. Today, these transformations have become dynamic within the constantly updated structure of internet technology. This situation causes almost all internet users to feel excited and curious about the next transformation. Nowadays, how the internet after Web 2.0 will affect people's lives remains on the agenda. In particular, the spread of cryptocurrencies built on the blockchain gives clues about the possible transformation of the internet. The possibility that blockchain technology will be the next generation of the internet is increasing. In addition, metaverse projects, which are based on the logic of open-world action games, are expected to gain important functionality together with the Covid-19 pandemic. Every day, a new metaverse project is added to the current ones prepared accordingly. In particular, the relationship between NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) developed on blockchain technology and metaverse projects significantly shapes the predictions about Web 3.0, the new generation of the internet. In addition to all these, the preparations of existing technology companies and social media platforms related to these developments seem to become a struggle for existence.

The emergence of Web 2.0 has marked a change in how the Internet users benefit from a number of tools that allow them to browse for information, exchange data, collaborate and interact with others. Web 2.0 has been a turning point in human interaction via computers, fostering social networks and even more personal environments for educational purposes such as PLEs or VLEs. Now, a leap forward is represented by Web 3.0, which should provide computers with the possibility to extract meaningful information from the Internet so that the inordinate number of data obtained after one search will be filtered, contrasted, and collated to better suit users’ needs. The advancement will consist in the fact that the search for information will not be just a sheer display of websites, chosen based on the key words entered, but meaningful information tagged with descriptors like mailing addresses. The implication for users are numerous as the new web search could function as a personal learning assistant and may help one reduce the amount of time spent looking for relevant data, be it educational or otherwise. Thus, the users interested in learning will be assisted by an agent, which will select the required information, and tailor it according to the individual learning needs. In this paper, the concept of Web 3.0 will be examined to find its possible educational uses and benefits. Moreover, the author will look into the impact of Web 3.0 on course design, on the one hand, and on the learners’ ability to identify and attend several courses provided by institutions, on the other hand.

MVC stands for model view controller. This software design pattern creates applications in a modular design separating the tasks into three separate programming modules or areas. The idea has existed historically for decades and according to Wikipedia model-view-controller was introduced in the 1970’s at the Xerox Palo Alto Research Center. MVC can be used in desktop applications, web development projects and in embedded software applications as well.

Although a software engineer could use a similar approach in almost any object oriented programming language for both desktop applications and web applications, it is in recent years that MVC is becoming popular for web applications.

In this paper we argue that the use of the communicative theory of Jürgen Habermas in planning theory is problematic because it hampers an understanding of how power shapes planning. We posit an alternative approach based on the power analytics of Michel Foucault which focuses on ‘what is actually done’, as opposed to Habermas’s focus on ‘what should be done’. We discuss how the Foucauldian stance problematises planning, asking difficult questions about the treatment of legitimacy, rationality, knowledge and spatiality. We conclude that Foucault offers a type of analytic planning theory which offers better prospects than does Habermas for those interested in understanding and bringing about democratic social change through planning.
