ERG SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the energy industry. Through its subsidiaries, it produces renewable utilities, as well as oil and gas products. ERG SpAs activities are divided into three segments. The Renewable segment operates through ERG Renew and is responsible for the production of wind energy. The Power & Gas segment manages and develops the production and marketing of thermoelectric power and steam. The Refining & Marketing segment, through the ISAB Refinery, is active in the processing of crude oil by the coastal refining; and through TotalErg, is active in the integrated downstream. Moreover ERG SpA is active in the fuel distribution through TotalERG and ERG Oil Sicilia. It trades its products in North Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Additionally, ERG SpA focuses on logistic system and wholesale network. In July, it acquired a 100% in EW Orneta 2. It incorporated ISAB Energy Srl.
