Abstract
Se provee un componente de alta resistencia estampado en caliente que tiene excelente resistencia a la corrosión después del revestimiento en el cual la propagación de grietas generadas en una capa de enchapado durante el maquinado de estampado en caliente es inhibida cuando la lámina de acero enchapada con Al ha sufrido maquinado de estampado en caliente sin la adición de elementos de componente especiales para inhibir la generación de grietas en la capa de enchapado de Al. Este componente de alta resistencia estampado en caliente que tiene excelente resistencia a la corrosión después del revestimiento tiene una capa de enchapado de aleación que incluye una fase de compuesto intermetálico Al-Fe sobre la superficie de la lámina de acero, el componente de alta resistencia enchapado en caliente caracterizado porque la capa de enchapado de aleación se forma a partir de una pluralidad de fases de compuesto intermetálico, la longitud de sección promedio de granos de cristal de las fases que contienen 40 a 65% en masa de Al en la pluralidad de fases de compuesto intermetálico es 3 a 20 µm, el valor promedio del espesor de la capa de enchapado de aleación de Al-Fe es 10 a 50 µm, y la relación de la desviación estándar del espesor de la capa de enchapado de aleación de Al-Fe en relación con el valor promedio de los espesores satisface la siguiente fórmula: 0< desviación estándar del espesor /valor promedio del espesor <0.15.
