Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una mezcla de polímeros, caracterizada porque comprende: a) de 5 a 79.5 por ciento en peso de una composición de hule injertado que compende un copolímero de injerto de 15 a 85 partes en peso de por lo menos un monómero seleccionado del grupo que consiste de metacrilatos de alquilo de C1 a C4, acrilatos de alquilo de C1 a C4 metacrilonitrilo y acrilonitrilo y de 85 a 15 partes en peso de un monómero vinil aromático, en donde los monómeros son polimerizados en presencia de e injertados en un hule de substrato que tiene una temperatura de transición de vidrio por debajo de 0 grados C, en donde el porcentaje en peso del hule está en la escala de 5 a 80 por ciento y el porcentaje en peso del copolímero de injerto está en la escala de 95 a 20 por ciento de la composición de hule de injerto; b) de 94.5 a 20 por ciento en peso de una resina de poliamida de nylon; y c) de 0.5 a 60 por ciento en peso de un terpolímero compatibilizador de (1) un monómero de estireno, (2) por lo menos un monómero seleccionado del grupo que consiste de metacrilatos de alquilo de C1 a C4, acrilatos de alquilo de C1 a C4, metacrilonitrilo y acrilonitrilo y (3) de 0.3 a 1.5 por ciento molar de un monómero funcionalizado capaz de reaccionar con la resina de poliamida, en donde la relación en peso de monómero de estireno: por lo menos un monómero es de 80:20 a 50:50; en donde los porcentajes en peso de los componentes A, B y C están basados en el peso total de los componentes A, B y C de la mezcla.
