Description
Claims (11)
- 연소가능한 일반쓰레기의 투입구(111)와 연소된 재의 인출구(112)와 연소공기의 배기구(113)가 부설된 기체(11) 내의 연소실(12)로 폐수가 유입되면, 물은 증발시켜주고 함유된 슬러지는 소각시켜주는 버너(13)를 갖춘 처리기(10)와, 이 처리기(10)측으로 처리대상의 폐수를 공급시켜주는 공급기(20)와, 이 공급기(20)에 의해 공급되는 폐수를 노즐(32)을 통해 상기 연소실(12)내로 분출시켜주는 분출기(30)와, 상기 처리기(10)의 배출구(113)와 연결설치되어 배출되는 배기가스에 함유된 분진등을 집진하는 집진기(40)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급기(20)는 펌프(21)와, 이 펌프(21)에 의해 수집탱크에 수집되어 있는 폐수가 이송관(22)을 통해 이송되어 오면, 이를 수용하는 저장탱크(23)와, 이 저장탱크(23)내에 설치되어 폐수의 수위에 따라 동작되어 상기 펌프(21)의 작동을 제어하는 플로터(26)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분출기(30)는 기체(11)내의 상측부에 빙둘러 장착되는 수용관체(31)로 되며, 상기 노즐(32)은 상기 수용관체(31)의 내주면에 적정간격으로 부설되고, 공급기(20)와 수용관체(31)는 공급관(33)으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연소실(12)의 내주벽에는 노즐(32)을 통해 분출되는 폐수가 내주벽을 따라 흘러내릴 때 좌우로 분산되게 하여 주는 안내편(19)들이 상하ㆍ좌우에 서로 엇갈리는 상태로 돌출 설치하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분출기(30)는 기체(11) 내의 중간부위 서로 마주하는 위치에 노즐(32)의 분출방향이 수평 또는 상향으로 교차되게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분출기(30)는 기체(11) 내의 중간부위 서로 마주하는 위치 상ㆍ하에 노즐(32)의 분출방향이 서로 교차되게 한쌍씩 설치되면, 각 분출기(30)들은 공급기(20)에 연결된 공급관(33)의 단부에 각각 배관되는 지관(33′)들에 의해 폐수를 각각 공급받게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급기(20)와 분출기(30) 사이에는 상기 공급기(20)에 의해 분출기로 이송되는 폐수가 유입되면 이 폐수(538) 중에 함유된 슬러지를 폐수로부터 전기분리시켜 처리기(10)의 연소실(12)내로 직접 공급되게 하고 슬러지가 분리된 저농도의 폐수는 분출기(30)측으로 이송되게 하는 분리기(50)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 분리기(50)는 하단이 연소실(12)내에 위치하게 배관되는 공급관(512)의 상단이 저면에 연결된 수거조(51)와, 이 수거조(51)내에 장착되며 일측면에는 공급기(20)의 이송관(22)이 연결되고, 저면에는 저농도의 폐수 이송관(22a)이 연결된 분리조(52)와, 이 분리조(52)의 상단부내에 일부가 폐수에 잠긴 상태로 회전되게 축착되며 전기가 통전되면 각각 전자석이 되어 폐수중에 함유된 슬러지들이 붙게 되는 분리롤러(53)(53′)들과, 각 내단은 이들 분리롤러(53)(53′)에 근접되고 각 외단은 수거조(51)내에 위치되게 분리조(52)의 양측상단에 외단이 하향 경사지게 착설되어 상기 분리롤러(53)(53′)에 붙은 슬러지를 긁어서 수거조(51)내로 낙하시켜 주는 블레이트(54)(54′)들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급기(20)와 분출기(30) 사이에는 상기 공급기(20)에 의해 이송되는 폐수를 집진기(40)를 거쳐 외부로 배기되는 배기가스와 열교환시켜 예열된 상태로 상기 분출기(30)로 이송되게 하여 주는 열교환기(60)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기(60)는 폐수의 유입구(61)와 유출구(62)가 구비된 통체로 되며, 집진기(40)의 상부내에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급기(20)와 분출기(30) 사이에는 상기 공급기(20)에 의해 분출기(30)로 이송되는 폐수가 유입되면 이 폐수중에 함유된 슬러지를 폐수로부터 전기분리시켜 처리기(10)의 연소실(12)내로 직접 유입시켜주고 슬러지가 분리된 저농도의 폐수는 분출기(30)측으로 이송되게 하는 분리기(50)와, 이 분리기(50)로부터 이송되는 저농도의 폐수를 집진기(40)를 거쳐 외부로 배기되는 배기가스와 열교환시켜 예열된 상태로 분출기(30)로 이송되게 하여 주는 열교환기(60)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
