Description
Claims (1)
- 외부로부터 유입되는 폐수를 두 개의 배출라인을 통해서 일정한 시간차를 두고 각각 교호로 개폐되는 밸브를 통해 배출되도록 한 단계; 상기 각 배출라인에 연결되어 교호로 배출되는 폐수를 농축기내로 유입하여 순환 배출시킴으로 튜브내의 자정효과를 갖도록 한 증발단계; 상기 증발단계를 거쳐 떨어지는 폐액중 과포화 상태의 증기가 배출되면 이를 수용하여 기수 분리시키는 단계; 상기 분리된 폐기체를 수용하여 외부 연료에 의해 다단계로 연소시킨 후 농축기내로 재 유입시켜 외부로 배기되도록 한 단계; 상기 배출라인을 통해 배출되어 순환과정을 거친 폐수를 충입받아 적정의 속도로 교반시킨 후 폐액의 드레인과 슬러지가 배출되는 건조단계; 이 단계에서 발생되는 포화증기를 기수분리기로 투입시키는 단계; 및 연소되어 배기되는 열풍이 공기예열기를 통해 연소실로 유입되도록 한 단계를 구비하여 가열성이 향상되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 고농도 폐수 복합 처리방법.
